Petit appartement conforme à la description mais ancien. Menuiserie refaite à neuf, mais le reste est vieillot, quand il n'est pas cassé. Cependant tout fonctionne correctement. État de propreté médiocre avec poussière sur meubles, miettes dans la literie, coussins tâchés et vaisselle grasse pourtant rangée dans les meubles. C'est dommage, gros point noir de la location que j'espère accidentel. Dans tous les cas impossible de recommander cette location en l'état.
