Our Maui Sunset B103 condo rental price is based on 2 guests. You may have up to 4 guests. An additional $20 per guest, per night will be added max 4 guests. Our condo has been remodeled. It is a ground floor unit with lanai which you can walk onto the expansive lawn and garden area. Listen to outside fountain and enjoy tiki torches at night. Walk to beach in 2 minutes. Photos of condo are current as of Sept. 12, 2021 Photos do not show the recent addition of our new sectional sofa (APRIL 2022), tiled lanai (JAN 2022) and ceiling fans (DEC. 2022). Recently added updates: new bed quilts, linens, Cooktop range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Lamps, Dining Table, Lanai Fan, Ceiling fans and other amenities. Remodeled kitchen and tile flooring throughout. FREE HI SPEED WIFI Air Conditioning units and fans in the living room and bedroom. All AC units are on 4 hour timers to help conserve our resources and reduce energy use when our guests leave the condo. Washer and dryer in condo with laundry pods or detergent supplied. There are Microfiber lightweight beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella, totes, boogie boards and misc. beach items for our guests use (Items may vary). The Maui Sunset property is an oceanfront condominium complex located in Kihei. Great central location on the island of Maui. Our condo is on the ground floor and has a garden view which extends onto the manicured lawn and lush garden area where you can see the ocean. The pool is just steps away, but not too close to hear pool noise. There is a bbq area and plenty of open parking. Now using MICROFIBER BEACH TOWELS IN OUR CONDO - They are thinner than regular beach towels, but wick water from your body, resist sand buildup, dry faster and are lighter than a regular beach towels. The unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 in the King bed and 2 in the Queen Murphy bed located in the living area. Ask about our 2 bedroom condo at Maui Sunset A301 if you have a larger group (2 bedroom with Queen Murphy bed, sleeps up to 6 guests). This condo was renovated and updated in May 2016. New refrigerator with internal filtered water (2020). New stove (2021), New Dishwasher (2022). There is a washer and dryer in the unit if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook or enjoy the BBQ area not far from the condo. There is air conditioning in the living area and bedroom, but we rarely use it with the trade wind breezes and ceiling fans. It is tough to find a condo that compares to our remodeled Maui Sunset B103, 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The grounds are beautifully kept and everything is easy to access from this ground floor unit. The lawn area outside the condo adds extra square footage to enjoy a spacious open feeling. Maui Sunset is always great and a first floor unit is the best. The unit has a very nice kitchen and comfortable seating areas. The best part of Maui Sunset is the outside space. Any first floor units is worth booking. This one is towards the back which gives it a bit of privacy which is very nice.

Clean and stocked with everything for the beach. The kitchen has very nice appliances and well stocked dishes, pantry, and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our ground floor unit very much!

This place is such a little gem. I love that you can park right outside your front door and walk right in. Made unpacking and packing the car up so easy. I also loved that it’s in the ground floor. My kids loved being able to open the sliding glass doors and run around the grass belt. The maui sunset complex is such a gem. It’s so beautiful. The complex is a 3 minute drive to really good restaurants, food trucks and stores. It’s right outside the super busy touristy area of Kihei wich I loved.
The unit itself was clean and very organized. My kids slept on the Murphy bed very happily. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had three families staying at the Sunset Maui. One of our families stayed in this unit and could not have been more satisfied. We cleaned it upon leaving leaving it in the same condition we found it in. Perfect experience!

Loved that the unit was on the ground floor. My kids could go out to the yard right from the lanai! Loved that they had chairs and beach toys!

Our stay in this one-bedroom condo was fantastic. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable, and it was very easy to take down and put up. The patio was lovely for enjoying coffee and evening drinks, and the gardens are beautiful when the tiki torches were lit. We had a minor issue with the AC, but our host responded immediately and we were able to resolve the problem very quickly. Keep in mind that the AC is on a 4-hour timer so it will not run all night long, but that wasn't a concern for us. It was very convenient being on the first floor and parking was easy. The pool is sparkling clean and so is the hot tub. Be sure to visit the food trucks down the street. There is also a Safeway within a mile or two. Great location for exploring all of Maui. We definitely want to return one day.

My wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and were looking to spend it in Hawaii. We found this property and it looked like a place we could spend some time, and we weren't disappointed. The property was clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic. We had a ground floor that led out to a beautiful common area with everything you could possibly want or need. The beach was just a short walk. Jill was a wonderful host and kept us informed. When we arrived, we noticed that there was no toaster, so I texted Jill and within minutes, she had taken care of the problem. We would highly recommend this rental and if we return, hopefully we will, I will certainly want to stay again.

This condo was great for our family of 4. Our kids, age 10 and 12, slept on the Murphy bed and it was perfect for them! There were lots of beach supplies in the closet. There was 1 boogie board and we ended up renting another from Boss Frogs. We got there on a Wednesday and there was a concert on the lawn, that was neat! The location of this condo being ground level is very nice to just walk out and play put put golf or walk to the pool/ocean. Would definitely recommend this condo!

We have staying in this property twice now and both times have been thrilled with our experience. It goes without saying that it is clean and comfortable but the neighborhood atmosphere adds so much to the enjoyment. We will be making staying in this property (and Maui Sunset) a tradition!

Brought my son for high school graduation gift. It was just what we needed before he flys to coop and the condo was perfect for that. First floor was so nice and we had anything we would need. Walkig down to the beach to watch the sunset was one of my favorite things to do. Hot tub at the pool was nice also to relax my muscles after some crazy hikes. We will be back!

Went with a partner and the place had everything! Practical and fun. Plenty of dishes and kitchen materials, even random items we didn’t think to bring! Microfiber towels were difficult to dry off with but 1 day makes me understand why they are microfiber! Bring your own plush towels or get them here.
The owner was very responsive and helpful with planning and accommodating late arrivals. Would definitely rent again.

My wife and I got married in Maui and chose this condo to spend our honeymoon. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax and enjoy ourselves. The condo is well appointed even including beach chairs and a beach umbrella/toys. It was nice for each of us to have our own bathroom. The bed was firm and comfy. The kitchen has had a recent remodel. The building is right in the beach and has lovely grounds to explore. The condo was everything we were hoping for and more. We hope to be back. Thanks for a great stay!

This Kihei condo was a perfect home base for our days in Maui. Jillian has thought of everything! The kitchen is as well equipped as my home kitchen, and there is a whole closet of beach paraphernalia including a cooler. The condo opens up to a beautifully maintained green space, pool and easy walk to the beach. Great location with easy access to restaurants and other beaches, but plan to spend some time to enjoy this lovely space! Thanks Jillian for your helpful instructions and great communication!

The house was very well equipped as far as beach equipment goes. Chairs, umbrella, etc. The kitchen had a decent amount of basics. No coffee provided which was a bummer. The walk out to the beach is very pleasant, however it’s a small beach front and it’s quite rocky in the water. Nice to look at, not so great to swim in. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect at this immaculate condo. Great amenities and we loved the location with a spacious courtyard, swimming pool and hot tub, Pickleball and Tennis a few minutes away on the property and the beach is right there to watch the beautiful sunsets. We had been to Maui before, however, had never stayed in Kihei. What a great little town and Maui Sunset condominiums is a great place to stay. We will definitely be back again soon. We spent many vacations at the Maui Sunset through the late 90's and 2000's, and this was our first visit back since starting our own family. The grounds, pool and beach were immaculate as always; and staying in Jill's suite was comfortable and welcoming after a long day of adventuring. We appreciated how very well-equipped the kitchen was - even to the point of olive oil and BBQ rubs in the pantry - and the abundance of toiletries and the supplied beach gear was just awesome.
This is no reflection on Jill or the suite, but the one suggestion I would leave is that the condo board should consider upgrading the grills. They're meticulously clean, but functionality was poor (taking half an hour to get to 350F and rarely climbing above 400F, not staying lit, etc.). This seemed to be known by longer term guests/residents, and might be something worth addressing in the new year.

From the moment we walked in we were very impressed with the property. Facilities and layout were great. Proximity to beaches and shops near by was a bonus.

The condo was perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed! Very comfortable bedroom and bathrooms were well appointed and very clean. Lots of conveniences and extra touches that made our stay better. We used the beach chairs to enjoy the ocean waves and evening sunsets. The insulated beach bag worked perfectly for packing lunches and beverages for daily outings. The pool area and overall grounds at the complex are beautiful and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunsets and Jill was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again someday!

First of all, I can't say enough about Jill the property manager. She has such great communication with me. Fast response and very friendly tone. Our experience was very smooth, the place is so nice and the backyard is breath taking the sunset can be seen from our property, just beautiful. I did leave my very expensive hair dryer and the very honest employees found it. I am soo happy!!! Jill agreed to ship it to me back in Oregon. Again, can't say enough about this experience, if I ever return to Maui this will be my stay for sure!!

First of all, this was an extension stay from a work trip that we were on at a resort on the West side of Maui - this was where we chose to extend our stay to experience more of Maui. Jill was thorough, communicative, called me the day of check in just to tell me about some fun attractions near us. The condo was perfect - had everything we could have possibly needed, was clean, and my boyfriend and I kept talking about how comfortable it was to be there! It really felt like a home away from home! Would highly recommend this for the ease of access to everything around, the beautiful grounds/pool, and the friendly office staff as well as Jill herself. Cool spot! Thanks Jill!
