Rooms were quite modern and the space was utilized in a way that maximized space without it feeling too cramped compared to some other Japanese city hotels. Nice touches to make movement in the room easy including convenient bedside switches, elevated bed frame to slide luggage under. Breakfast was simple (variety of small breads) but easy and fuss free.
Internet in the rooms could be better, but the staff was very helpful to support this. However if you need to get work done quickly you might have to work in the lobby. No frills / no other facilities in the building.

Comfortable room in great location. Close to station and restaurants. Was perfect for us to reach Legoland.
We got a disabled room. Not sure why but room was small compared to huge bathroom. Had to put luggage in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and modern and location was great!
The parking nearby is very expensive. Like it was over 7000 yen for less than 24hrs which is more than Tokyo.
Also just an observation, in the morning at the free breakfast/ coffee, some fresh croissants were placed on the counter
for people to take. A lady walks up and just crabs the majority of them and places them in a plastic bag and then put them in here purse and walks out. The staff member said nothing to her. I thought that was a little strange.
