Todo estuvo bien, la ubicación y precio excelentes
Que hubo varios huéspedes haciendo mucho ruido desde muy temprano, y no se le dijo nada

Muy limpio, sin malos olores. Las camas comodas. El personal muy amable y atento.
No habia agua caliente pero al informar a los encargados, pusieron el boiler y se arreeglo.

El servicio es bueno, son gentiles y atentos, la ubicación es buena, queda muy cerca del centro dé tezontepec.
Les falta mucho mantenimiento a las instalaciones ya que durante la lluvia se metió el agua a la habitación desde el pasillo y la ventana interna de la habitación, demasiado ruido durante la noche, pasan carros a toda hora, imposible descansar.
