About this villa rental
Villa 64m² for up to 6 people. Cellar with washing machine, dryer, storage room. Fully equipped kitchen with hatch to the dining room and living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 berths, size 2.00m x 1.60m) on the ground floor. Upstairs two bedrooms, two bathrooms, bath, shower. Toilets are located both upstairs and on the ground. Behind the house is a large terrace leading to the garden and the directly adjoining park. A television with local channels is available as well as Internet access (WLAN / WiFi) without volume limitation.
In the summer months, the living-dining area and terrace is from noon in the very pleasant shade of the house. The house also has a new air conditioning, which ensures the desired temperature in all rooms (reversible).

As a family with our dog, we had a wonderful time in the house and the complex. The house is equipped with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen utensils, excellent air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, and plenty of space for four people. The beds are very comfortable. The house's location in the holiday village is particularly noteworthy; it's a three-minute walk to the pools and the supermarket. The garden leads directly to the park, pond, and sports fields. Despite this, the terrace is very quiet. Check-in was easy, and the host, Beate, was very friendly. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Très bonne situation géographique de la maison avec jardin (une petite barrière serait là bienvenue au bout du jardin pour les personnes ayant dès chiens) agréable , parc aquatique super , communication avec la propriétaire très bien.
