About this house rental
The holiday apartment "Quelle" on the ground floor of the house with a view of the countryside has an extra entrance and a large, wheelchair accessible high terrace.
In the own carpentry built eco designer furniture made of natural wood, a stove, oversized bed, private outdoor hot tub, lots of light and space in the house and on the high terrace, swimming pond in the garden - these are just a few of the nice things, the holiday here in make the spring so pleasant, in every season.

The former brewery has a total of 3 apartments and a double room. It presents itself impressively at the entrance of Köslau. Situated directly on the Rennweg and close to the Burgenstraße, only half an hour from the World Cultural Heritage City of Bamberg, it has become a very special place for relaxing holidaymakers or even short-term guests after extensive and careful refurbishment. Awarded with the Memorial Fund Prize 2016!

Loved visiting this part of Germany, but enjoyed even more our stay here in this beautifully designed and furnished place. Silvia was a gracious host and her husband, Thomas, is carrying on his family’s tradition of beautifully designed furniture. Alexandra’s Cafe and her glorious cakes, open on Saturday and Sunday afternoons is another special find and a short stroll from the Brauhaus. People come from all over to have some, so if your stay is on a weekend, be sure to stop by!

Wir hatten die FeWo Quelle gebucht und 12 wunderschöne und erholsame Tage dort verbracht.
Die Wohnung ist, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr neu, hell und modern eingerichtet. Der Verbindung von altem Gemäuer zu moderner Einrichtung ist sehr gut gelungen. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Ausspannen ein und der neue Badeteich ist der absolute Höhepunkt. Beste Voraussetzung für Entspannung ab der ersten Minute.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Selbst ein gut bestückter Weinkeller steht zur Verfügung.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und lassen sich gern auch mal auf einen kleine Plausch ein - wirklich sehr angenehm.
Das kulinarische Angebot der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist nicht so zahlreich dafür aber von hoher Qualität. Es empfiehlt sich eine frühzeitige Reservierung.
Wanderer und Radfahrer kommen in der Gegend voll auf ihre Kosten, sollten sich aber nicht immer auf die Karten und Beschilderungen der Touristeninfos verlassen.
Wir geben eine 100% Empfehlung ab und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
