The hotel, beach, and food are all quite good.
The staff were rude and very unwilling to communicate. I have traveled to many places around the world and stayed at countless hotels, but I have never encountered staff who behaved this way.

Having its own private beach was a great advantage. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff we communicated with before our trip were extremely helpful and supportive, assisting us with everything we needed. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the staff we encountered when we arrived at the hotel. The only downside regarding the room was that the kitchen could have been better equipped. Having a kettle and a microwave would have been very useful.

Konum olarak merkeze 20 dakika ve tam ortada diyebilirim, özellikle güney plajlarına ve gezilecek köylere mesafe olarak mantıklı bir mesafedeydi, otel de adaya kıyasla iyi durumdaydı diyebilirim, önünden direkt denize girebiliyorsunuz agia fotini plajından ve çevresi de canlıydı restoran ve kahveci açısından.
Öncelikle oda temizliğinin daha iyi olmasını beklerdim, özellikle odada bulunan lavaboda domates atığı şeklinde şeyler mevcuttu, aynı şekilde buzdolabı da düzgün temizlenmemişti, banyo duşkabinini de sevmedim, eskiydi ve duşbaşlığı paslanmıştı, havluların da belli yerlerinde lekeler mevcuttu maalesef. Ayrıca 4 gece 5 gün konaklamamıza rağmen 1 kere bile temizlik yapılmadığı gibi havlularımız da değiştirilmedi. Oda temizliğinin 10 euro, sadece havlu değişiminin ise 5 euro olduğunu yazmışlardı çok fazla buldum, saçma bulduğum diğer bir husus da şuydu: otel denize sıfır ve kendi beachi olmasına rağmen otelde kalan müşterilerden de dışarıdan beache gelenlerden olduğu gibi 10 euru günlük ücret talep ediyor. açıkçası bu kabul edilemez, bununla ilgili tutumunuzu ve şikayetini paylaştığınızda ise ciddi anlamda bir suratsızlıkla karşılaştık diğer günlerde, o yüzden personel karşılamasını ve davranış tarzını hiçbit şekilde beğenmedim, özellikle temzilik yapan kadın personeli saygısız ve ciddiyetsiz buldum. Müşterilerden çoğu türklerden oluştuğu belli olan bir otelin davranış ve karşılama konusunda özellikle bu müşterilere karşı daha dikkatli ve özenli olması gerekir, aksi kabul edilemez, maalesef olumlu yanlarına rağmen f/p olarak tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel değil.
