Please improve the service

I only like the location of the apartment & parking provided

We had a bad experience on the check in date. We already inform the property agent that we will be late as we're from KL on Friday after work. It took her 2 hours to reply my msg as when I called her abt the delay she didnt pick the call. She said it is a self check in. Once we arrived at the property & to pick up the key at the mailbox, the password was WRONG. We just randomly punch adhoc number. Tried so many times to call her but NO replied. She only answered after 1 hour & the password was missing 1 number. Please improved the communication with customer & double triple check the message that was sent to people who rented out the property

Good location, convenient parking and pleasant environment, but the bathroom needs improvement

Overall, our stay at Sky Riverfront A12-5 was okay. The location, parking, and overall environment were all good and convenient. Other than the bathroom, everything else was good.

However, the bathroom definitely needs improvement. The toilet bowl was quite dirty and sticky, and there were also cobwebs in the bedroom. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be improved for future guests.

Overall, our stay at Sky Riverfront A12-5 was okay. The location, parking, and overall environment were all good and convenient. Other than the bathroom, everything else was good.

However, the bathroom definitely needs improvement. The toilet bowl was quite dirty and sticky, and there were also cobwebs in the bedroom. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be improved for future guests.

Picture and the actual condition not same . Picture shown all is good and new but in reality furniture is old and the wall is dirty , only mattress is nice
