The location is right next to the convention centre which is very convenient to me. Facilities wise also very good. Quite comfy and windy cause it located almost the highest floor. Customer service is quite attentively.
Please mentioned on your deposit request on the policy please. I have reached out to Booking.com customer agent and they said the property have no right to collect the deposit since it is not listed on the platform. It is unfair to the guest if they don’t pay the deposit to get the check in details. Some of the furniture already broken, like the kitchen cabinets door. The wardrobe sliding door rubber, and there’s a broken chair left outside the balcony.

Great place to stay the night after a day long event. Comfortable for a small family and got a very nice view. Also, very relaxing place for introvert people.
Took quite some time too chill the room and can’t fully close the toilet door.

Nothing much to like as the room I was given was not the same as what the picture showed.
Only the view was nice.
Luckily we were out most of the time and only came back to sleep.
1. The room advertised looked comfortable and cozy. The room I got was not cozy.
2. There was very little water in the shower. Nothing happened even after I complained.
3. Toilet and shower had a musty smell.
4. No separate basin for brushing teeth and washing hands after toilet routine. Had to use kitchen sink - very unhygienic.
5. Key box was very difficult to open and close. Even the guards struggled to help us.
