Presently, the 7 night Check -in days open are Sunday May 26th, Sunday June 2nd, Sunday June 9th, Sunday August 11th, Sunday August 18th, Sunday August 25th. Contact the host to get it booked today. Don't miss out on this gem of a beachfront condo!! Full refunds up if cancelled 6 months before check-in for peak season(not reflected in what cancellation policy shows up). . PENTHOUSE (NO NOISE FROM ABOVE NEIGHTHBORS) CORNER unit on Lake Michigan. This LAKE FACING unit is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps six adults with a king-size bed in the master bedroom. a set of twin beds in the spare BR and a pullout queen size couch in the living area. All appliances has been recently replaced and the kitchen redecorated! This condo is considered to have one of the best Coastline views in the complex and maybe the whole town!! The unit is both poolside and beachside and it features unbeatable sunsets and coastal views while sitting within the unit. The private pool is just steps away from your bed and the private beach(NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING). The complex is next to a city Park which allows superior coastline lake and dunes views and just a short walk from the quaint downtown of South Haven where there are plenty of shops and great little restaurants and Breweries. This historical town (founded in 1833) has two light houses guiding pleasure boats to the multiple marinas scattered along the Black river which runs through this idyllic town. It takes only 20 minutes to drive from South Haven to Saugatuck, 30 minutes to Holland, two plus hours to Chicago and three hours to Detroit. South Haven, not just a summertime destination!! Beautiful lake front condo. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Spectacular view of Lake Michigan. Couldn’t ask for a nicer host who made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely on the top of list for a premier vacation condo rental!

Great place. Unbelievable view. Beach walk every morning followed up by walking the town. All 4 of us are in our 60’s and we really didn’t need the car once we got there. It was very quiet and peaceful

North Shore Condos have a GREAT location and amenities- short walk to downtown, beautiful beach, and fabulous heated pool.This 3rd floor corner unit provides views which are exceptional. The photos are accurate, the owners provide detailed information, and the decor is modern and comfortable. South Haven is a terrific vacation destination!

My family spent a lot of time in South Haven when I was young so I decided this was the year to have some family time at the beach again! Myself, my Mom and my 11 year old son spent a week at the condo and just loved it. The private beach, pool deck and location can't be beat if you're searching for a place in the area.

This place is great! It's right on the lake, which you can see from the windows. The condo is really cute and nicely furnished. It's walking distance from downtown. The host was super good about communication and proactively made sure we had all the information we needed. We had a fantastic time here and are already talking about coming back!

We were supposed to bring 4 of our grandkids with us but it didn't go as planned due to state testing required by the school. The owner worked with us to adjust the dates but we still ended up not taking the kids, but we also had our 38th anniversary to celebrate so off we went... by ourselves!! A special thanks to Harold for working with us on the dates at last minute, you were great. We didn't really use much of the place, kitchen and master bedroom. Our time was spent outside enjoying the beach front! the pool opened over the weekend, though it wasn't that warm (supposed to be heated) but it was refreshing! The condo was comfortable and clean, along with pretty much anything you needed was available. I would recommend this place as a great family get away and will try to rent again! (We got a flat rock off the beach and put our name on it... hopefully we have started a tradition for others to follow)

5 star location-2 star condo
The location of the condo is great. Great beach, close to town. The condo, however, leaves much to be desired. When we arrived it was hot in South Haven. The condo’s HVAC consists of 2 window unit A/C’s. Very inadequate. One of the units is located in the master bedroom and was as loud as a train. It made sleeping the first few nights a challenge. The other unit was located in the living room leaving the only other bedroom with no A/C., or even a window. The kids finally moved to the couch in the living room due to the excessive heat in the bedroom. The master bed is completely worn out with zero support. There is mold and mildew in both bathrooms. The faucet in the master bath was Installed wrong. You have to turn the knobs right to turn on, left to turn off. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and hair. There was a lot of hair on the sheets in the bedroom where my daughter slept. Obviously the sheets had not been changed. Harold had fresh sheets brought to the condo soon after I contacted him. There were ants in the kitchen and living room. Since the condo is on the 3rd floor I don’t blame Harold. It’s the building manager’s responsibility to have the building treated. The condo is in need of serious updating. The appliances are builder grade. And, caution: the coffee maker doesn’t have an automatic shutoff. It will stay on all day unless you manually turn it off. And to top it all off, we were emailed copies, and for good measure, presented with hard copies at the condo of silly and condescending rules on how we should behave while we stayed at the condo. Such as “quite time” hours and warnings about whistling and singing late at night (!!!!) LOL.
Harold suggested we leave the cleaning lady a tip if we were pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. I’m afraid we were not. It was far from clean in my opinion. We had a couple of minor issues pop up and Harold did take care of them right away. He wss very responsive.

This was a perfect vacation spot for our family of four. The unit is well maintained and stocked with all the basics! The beach is steps away, the sunsets are amazing and you can even walk to town for dinner. The owner was easy to communicate with and we’ll visit again soon!

South Haven Condo
Wonderful location, terrific view, very clean property with many amenities, host very responsive to questions. The only thing that prevented a 5-star rating on check-in process was the lack of an elevator so we had to carry everything to 3rd floor, then all the way to opposite end of entrance. We got our exercise.

This condo was great! Right on Lake Michigan -- steps from the beach. Beautiful lake views! The condo itself was very clean (sanitized!). Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking dinners. The owners thought of everything -- the littlest details. The owner was also very communicative beforehand and even kept in touch during our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend reserving this condo!!
