The second floor of 13 Lakeview Tr is a lofty wonderfully located 1 bdrm apartment with great lakeviews. A spacious deck awaits your relaxation. Second floor is newly renovated and is clean spartan and relaxing; it's like an oasis really. New King bed(2020) in the bedroom and a fouton that could be used as a separate queen bed in the main room. Large tiled bath with tub. Hardwood floors in the main room, with a well appointed kitchen. A great place for a couple or individual; not the place to squeeze a bunch of people into or for a party. The 1st floor 2 bedroom #3807740 can be joined to this unit as well.

Location is excellent! Sunsets were beyond amazing. Walking to waterfront & downtown is a big plus. Lower-level guests were snippy about shared driveway. Bedroom was stuffy for entire 8nite stay. Bathrm with supplies: fine. Kitchen needs sharp cutting knives. First-time getting in required reaching out to Realtor (name on ForSale sign), who then connected us to owner.

We had no issues with the property itself and had a great stay overall. The view is even better then it looks in the pictures and the property has everything you need. We walked pretty much everywhere we needed to go all week which was great. Unfortunately my car did get broken into the first night I was there. With the second floor apartment its street parking only and I had to park a few houses down the road. With that said I would recommend leaving nothing valuable in your car if you have to park on the street. I'm not sure if this is reflective of the neighborhood or if I just had bad luck.

If you’re an older traveler with multiple bags, just know you have to carry them up steep stairs. And also if someone is renting the lower unit, you have to find parking on the street, which isn’t easy. But the space is clean and bright and has a great kitchen.

We checked in and reached out to the host about a few issues, including a broken couch he was well aware of, a run down entrance and torn screens on all doors. While discussing the issues, he proceeded to tell us this was an extremely unsafe neighborhood and city. He informed us DO NOT WALK around any time of day. One street over is ESPECIALLY dangerous. Nowhere is safe as there are shootings in broad daylight, even the city square. We verified what he said on the internet, packed our things and left! In addition to all he said, we had on street parking which clearly is not safe in this neighborhood. The host refused to refund us even though he convinced us his property and surrounding areas were not safe! One has to ask, why is he renting an unsafe property without disclosing that in the listing? We would have never rented here!! If it ever becomes safe, it has a gorgeous view!

This property was absolutely beautiful! Immaculately clean, decorated nicely, the bed was comfortable and the location was spectacular! Every inch of this place was homey but the view from the living room/kitchen area and deck were indescribable! The weather wasn't the best when I first arrived but I spent every minute I could out there! Raining, morning, sunshine and nighttime...every minute was beautiful and peaceful. I plan to go back again when I can stay longer!

View and location of this place are great! Cute little spot to stay for a few days, totally walkable. The front room has an AC unit, but the bedroom does not, and it never got extremely cool. There is 1 flight of stairs, no shampoo/conditioner or soap for shower, so bring your own.

Very well kept, super cute unit, walking distance to everything. We lucked out with great weather so enjoyed the deck and the nearby walking paths. Communication with owner and gaining access all went smoothly. Very quiet neighborhood. Unit is decorated very nicely and the bed and bed linens were super nice! Highly recommend!

Wonderful, clean place to stay. We were there for a week and had great weather. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. It was a fabulous view, near the walking trails and walking distance to Church St. The fouton couch wasn’t too comfortable to watch TV but we made due. Highly recommend staying here.

Located a short walk from downtown, this 2nd floor apartment is a great spot. The view from the living room/kitchen is amazing! The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals. The rooms are large and comfortable. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times now and we can never get enough. The view of the lake is amazing and the property is situated within walking distance of town and the bike path. We hope to visit again soon!

Cozy small apartment for 2 with a great view across the lake to the Adirondacks. Short walk to downtown or the waterfront. Relatively quiet for a "city" location. Kitchen was adequate for preparing basic meals (although we did have some minor problems with the stove). Comfortable bed. Only has on street parking...we didn't have any trouble finding a spot...just something to be aware of. For us, a much better option than a hotel!

The property is in a great location. Its lovely to start the day out with a cup of coffee looking out at Lake Champlain. We really enjoyed the proximity to downtown Burlington and Market Church street. The space was the perfect size for our visit!

House is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very convenient to downtown....is really well equipped and spotless. Deck has an incredible view....such relaxing morning coffee and evening cocktails. Jon was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Thanks for the help with our bikes!!
