This historic apartment was clean and cozy. Lots of natural light, comfy beds, and a sweet soaking tub in the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed for making delicious meals. If my daughter ends up attending UVM, I’ll have to put Jon on speed dial!

Great location if you don't want to be in Burlington proper (only a few miles away but not walking distance.) Walking to Winooski is a breeze - just down the street 1 block. Apartment is very clean; well maintained (loved the antique secretary); water pressure was low and hot water took forever to reach the shower but no real issues. Would have liked to have had bath soap provided. Had to use some hand pump soap to shower with. Pillows were a bit "lumpy" for my taste, but I didn't loose sleep over it! Might want to consider adding a list of suggested places to eat, drink, shop to those of us from out of town and don't know the area. You might be able to find some stores/restaurants willing to give your guests a small discount just to get a mention in your in-house directory. (advertising for them; bonus for your guests.). And list YOUR favorites - that is important to out of towners. Overall, a great stay and I would readily suggest this property to anyone! Great job Jon!

Fantastic experience. It was clean and beautiful centrally located in downtown Winooski. It was so easy to walk around town! The host has extra towels, blankets, pillows, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, etc… the rooms were very large and although it is on the main road it was very quiet! I would definitely rent again!

We were in the area visiting family and this worked very well for us. We were mainly there just for sleeping but did enjoy the nice choice of restaurants and bars so close. We would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay In Winooski close to our son. The location was perfect and easy to find. The place was comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing a meal. Only drawback: It was warm during our stay so a fan or two would have been nice to circulate air. The main road is noisy at night so opening the windows was not optimal while sleeping especially in this unit which faced the the main road.

Loved the space! It feels more like a house than an apartment for sure. Neighborhood was right outside the heart of Burlington and close to highways for nearby hikes in the Green Mountains. Home was comfortable and well outfitted. Hope to rent again on a future visit.

Nothing special, but worked great for us. It was clean, spacious, and check-in was easy. Be aware that only one bedroom has AC (it was warm in 2nd room), and internet did not work half the time. Other than that, all good.

The host supplied a good amount of paper products, cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, etc. as well as blankets, towels, sheets, and pillows. There was a new couch, good reading lamps, and comfortable beds. This property is 50’ from a busy, noisy road. There is a cargo train track nearby that makes a daily run. And the landing path for jets going to Burlington Airport is right above. Ear plugs are recommended. The internet gave us trouble during our two week stay. The host, Jon, tried a couple of things to remedy the situation, even buying a new TV, but it was impossible to get a strong signal. That was frustrating.

A great location within walking distance to a market and restaurants. We had dinner twice at McKees. Plenty of space in the apartment. Location is on a two lane busy street. Bedrooms are upstairs with a steep staircase. We would stay here again.

This place was great. It was clean and had a great location on the main street in town. My husband and I got the queen bedroom and there was no air conditioner in our room. The king bedroom had an air conditioner. The bedrooms faces the road and it's a busy road. Even if you didn't need the air conditioner for heat, you needed it for white noise. Otherwise, this is a nice place. It could use a small table with 4 chairs in the kitchen, a bedside table on both sides of the bed. I believe it's all new and the owner will get to this. I'm just really tired from lack of sleep so I hope he gets the air conditioner soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The beds are very comfy. The AC worked great. I am not a fan of K-cups, so I feel it would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker available also. However there is a great coffee shop, Scouts, within walking distance. Along with other great restaurants and bars. The location was perfect.

The apartment was easy to find and extremely clean. The location is convenient for walking to downtown Winooski and quite (save for the very noisy planes – it is right under the landing path for the Burlington airport). I found it an uncomfortable place to stay. The living room is quite sparse, with just an old sectional couch and a beanbag chair. There is nowhere comfortable to sit, and no lighting other than the overheads. The kitchen is extremely sparse (no seasonings, coffeemaker, tea kettle), and the bed I used was lumpy and seemed old. I would have also appreciated a table or other work surface – and the only option for eating was at the kitchen island.

Great location. We went for my sons graduation from SMC. 2 minute drive to SMC, 2 minute walk to many great restaurants (highly recommend Waterworks), and close to Church Street etc. Jon was very easy to work with and accommodating.

This home is extremely spacious!! The house is huge. More than enough space for the 3 of us. It was a perfect location for seeing Winooski and Burlington. The only thing I would change is the morning coffee options. There is a Keurig machine so bring your k cups if you have them. Otherwise you’ll have to go out for coffee each morning. Other than the coffee it was perfect. I highly recommend!!

Good: Plenty of parking. Good location. Clean Easy check in Room for Improvement: Needs more dishes and cooking pans. Way too basic of an offering. Get a basic cable package with local and National channels. Leaving it up to Roku and having to log into channel to see NFL games proved to be a royal pain and eventually didn’t work. We missed the first half of NE game bc of this and then had to go to a bar. This is an easy and inexpensive fix. Third, the Kurig coffee maker didn’t work. Super Annoying that it just dropped and never made a full cup.

The property is newly remodeled and very clean. It is an easy walk to Winooski circle with restaurants, groceries, liquor and parks within walking distance. Downtown Burlington is a 10-15 minute drive away. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has new appliances.
