Starlight Inn

Location: super close by downtown but far enough away for it to be quieter. The inn is smaller, only 8 or so rooms so the atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable. Staff: the woman I spoke to was polite and professional. The call was less that 30 seconds and I was in my room.

Cleanliness: the cleanliness was overall good. But when I looked behind the curtain there were a few decent sized spiders and webs. Toilet paper was half ripped off rather than ripped clean or folded. Obviously not a big deal but a couple little extra touches can definitely make it considerably better. Door: the door locks and to gain access you need your room card. Beyond that, from the inside (the door knob panel was loose) there is no door locks, only the higher bolt lock that stops the door from opening more than an inch or two. The tool to open that though is accessible on Amazon. A deadbolt system would be an extra measure that would have made a girls trip a little more comfortable. Price: my friend and I thought the total bill was a bit high for what it was but not outrageously.

The rooms were adorable and very cleverly decorated. Great idea to have a drive-in theater next-door that’s part of the room price

Super clean and loved the rooms theme, the Elvis Presley room, the bed was super nice and comfortable, loved the fact we had access to the drive in movies. Very spacious and very clean, we loved everything, we will book there again, thank you so much for a great experience

Overall, our stay was good and the property appeared to be clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located and reasonably priced.

The property is getting old. Things are showing wear. My mattress was starting to sag, and needs to be replaced. One of our bath towels appeared to be dirty (or hopefully just stained?) with makeup from a previous guest.
