Located in Canton of Zurich, this charming condo for $159 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ATTENTION: We are happy to rent our apartment "Seek the lake" for one or two nights. The rental price for one night is 120 euros, for two nights per 100 euros! Just contact us - thank you! The accommodation Our "addiction Lake" apartment is a completely newly built two-room apartment in a quiet residential area. The extension has been built in a timber framework, which adapts perfectly to the seasons and the interior is of course Stay warm so cool in summer and in winter. The underfloor heating and the built-in ventilation system can support this feature. The 55 sqm are a stylishly furnished living / dining room with TV and a kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle and Senseo. The bed therein is extendable with a handle problems (sleeping area of 160 to 200). Other important information We are happy to accommodate our guests for one or two nights. However, for the purpose of the increased effort, we have to charge a rent of 120 euros for one night and a rental price of 200 euros for a stay of two nights. Otherwise, the rental price in the high season from three nights 90 euros and in the low season 70 euros per night. Children under 5 stay for free. For the provision of cot and high chair will be charged if necessary once € 15.00. The price is based on an occupancy of two people. For each additional person aged 5-18 years will be charged 15 euros per night. For the third and / or fourth adult person per night and adult 25 euros. The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be paid upon arrival. Each guest will receive after completing the registration form at the beginning of the stay a VHB guest card with various perks such. B. unlimited travel by train and railway in the region, discount on the course ships or discounts in beach resorts and museums. The rental price includes bed linen and various bath, shower, hand towels, tea towels and bathrobes for adults including final cleaning. After you have filled out the user agreement on the use of Internet access, you will receive the necessary WLAN network key so that you can use the Internet for free during your holiday. Our apartment "Seek the Lake" will be available on Anreisetagtag from 15 clock available. On departure day we ask that you check out at 10am, so we have the possibility of rehabilitating all for the next guest. If you want to extend the day of departure, we can discuss this on site and then require an additional one-time fee of 30 €. Please note that this is a Non smoking apartment. Pets can not go on holiday with us unfortunately. And finally, a very important info: :-) get if your vacation is "lake addiction" to an end in our apartment, you will be at home determines a "lake (hn) investigated" This means simply: Come again! Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in gut und neu ausgestatteter FeWo in eigentlich ruhiger Umgebung.

Sehr schöne neue und umfangreich ausgestattete FeWo, ideal für 2 Personen, notfalls auch für 3-4. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diel Lage ist ideal fußläufig zum Bodensee in eigentlich ruhiger Umgebung. (Kleiner Wermutstropfen während unseres Aufenthaltes war nur ein Nachbar von gegenüber, der nach Feierabend seine Holzbearbeitungswerkzeuge vor seiner Garage bis Sonnenuntergang betrieb, sodass wir das schöne Wetter leider nicht auf dem genialen Balkon genießen konnten...) Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer gut geführten FeWo in einer zum Wandern und Schwimmen ideal geeigneten Umgebung. Daher haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Somit beste Empfehlung!

Wir haben noch nie eine so vollumfänglich ausgestette FeWo gesehen. Hier ist an alles gedacht was ein Gast benötigen könnte! Zu unserem vollkommen Glück fehlte uns bei 37°C nur ein Ventilator ;-) Gern kommen wir wieder!

Wer sich richtig entspannen will und eine komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bei netten Vermietern sucht, ist hier richtig. Abseits vom Bodenseerummel ist der Standort ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für super Fahrradtouren. Die Schiffsanlegestelle ist im Ort, Bademöglichkeiten entlang des Sees zahlreich vorhanden und die Alpen nicht weit weg.

Kurzurlaub am Bodensee in schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten ein verlängertes Wochenende am Bodensee und haben in der wunderschönen hellen Ferienwohnung mit unserem einjährigen Kind gewohnt. Alles ist neuwertig und modern eingerichtet, es ist quasi alles vorhanden, selbst Hygieneartikel, Kaffeepads und Einkaufsbeutel, Bücher und Kinderspielzeug. Man merkt die liebevolle Einrichtung nicht zuletzt an personalisierten Seifen und Cremes. Die Milchglasschiebetüren zur Abtrennung von Schlafzimmer und Bad vom Wohn-/Essbereich lassen die Wohnung sehr hell und offen wirken, allerdings ist für die Reise mit Kleinkind ggf. zu beachten, dass sich Lichtschein und Geräusche zum Schlafzimmer hin nicht so gut dämpfen lassen.

We had an amazing time staying in Edda's apartment! She is very helpful and nice. She has thought about everything you could need during your stay and you can really notice that she wants to provide a relaxing, luxury feeling experience. The apartment is beautiful and super new, with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The bathroom is nice and spacious and even has both a washer and a dryer. It was nice weather during our stay so we could enjoy our breakfast on the deck where you have nice views of the hills. Also, the location of the apartment is amazing. Within an hour you can be in Zurich for a nice day-trip and with 30 minutes you can be in Konstanz which is also a great town to explore. Stein am Rein is also worth a look as they have a very medieval looking town centre. If we decide to go back to the region we will definitely be staying here again!!

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche . Die Wohnung ist top modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Bei wundervollem Wetter konnten wir uns so vom stressigen Alltag erholen. Die Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Ausflüge kann man nach Deutschland sowie auch in die Schweiz viele unternehmen. Auch hier wurde von Fam. Leu daran gedacht und viele wichtige Broschüren mit Tipps und Ausflugszielen bereit gestellt.

Amazing Suite in Incredible Location!

I stayed at Edda's home in Ohningen April 2018 with my wife, two year old son, and adult nephew. Edda's suite is truly an ideal accommodation. Located on the German side of the border between Germany and Switzerland, the suite is extremely modern, clean, and accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything one may need, and Edda even provided coffee and tea for our visit. The bedroom and living room both open onto a deck with exposure to rolling hills, providing lots of light for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The suite is all on one level with no barriers, and the wide doorways and shower in the bathroom would all allow someone with mobility issues to have easy access to the unit. Groceries are located nearby, and an abundance of dining options and tourist activities are available in Stein am Rhein on the Swiss side of the border. We hope to be able to stay at Edda's beautiful and charming home some day soon!
