About this apartment rental
Our apartment 'Dünenperle', certified by DTV with 5 stars, is of very high quality and furnished with great attention to detail. It can be rented for up to 5 people, extends over 2 floors and is fully equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters. 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and TV, and one bedroom with 1 single bed, all beds have adjustable slatted frames. The two bathrooms have walk-in showers, hairdryers and cosmetic mirrors. The kitchen, kept modern with a granite worktop, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and an additional Delonghi fully automatic coffee machine. In the living room, a stove provides comfort even in cooler temperatures, and there is also a large LED TV, blu-ray player, music system and WiFi. On the roof terrace you can sit next to garden furniture, barbecue and parasol and a beach chair.
For the very little ones ...: For the very little ones we provide a cot, a high chair, a children's bathtub and a handcart. We also provide games, books, Lego bricks and a marble run.
In addition: in the household room you will find a washing machine and dryer along with various detergents, ironing board and iron and a vacuum cleaner.
In front of the house there is a private parking space, as well as a separate lockable outside space for bicycles and sports equipment.
A large supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot.
The apartment has its own entrance, the door is opened using an electronic PIN code

Die Wohnung ist hoch- und neuwertig, perfekt ausgestattet; sie liegt ruhig und trotzdem ziemlich zentral. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht - ein perfekter Urlaub für mich und meine Eltern auf Borkum!

Die Wohnung ist wundervoll und wirklich komplett eingerichtet.
Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist in einwandfreiem Zustand.
