Nestled in Cabo San Lucas, this attractive villa for $610 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Villa Rana is a magnificent 7000 square foot contemporary style Villa built on 2 lots in The Pedregal, a private gated community. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5bathrooms for your family or group to enjoy! When entering Villa Rana, you step into an entry courtyard with a large grass area. The space You then enter the main interior courtyard with the heated pool( 82 ) as the main focus of this wonderful private area that is shielded from the houses above. From the courtyard, you can look through the large glass doors to the unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. On the main level overlooking the ocean is an infinity hot tub and deck where you can sunbathe and watch spectacular sunsets. If swimming is your exercise of choice, take advantage of the 50 foot lap pool. Each bedroom has an ocean view and is airconditioned. Enjoy white water views. The upper terrace is perfect for hanging out or stargazing. The main level has two bedrooms, and up five steps are two more bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen features high-end appliances, including a Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. It's a wonderful neighborhood for walking, with many different routes you can take. Plus, it is just a 7 minute walk to the beach. It is common to see people strolling on the beach or walking their dogs, and occasionally you'll see passing cruise ships. Swimming in the ocean on the Pacific side is not advised, but there are wonderful beaches along the Sea of Cortez that are within a 15 minute drive. It is only a 5 minute drive to the center of Cabo San Lucas and the harbor where you can have dinner on the esplanade, hop on a fishing or snorkeling boat, go shopping, take a sightseeing water taxi or enjoy a dinner sunset cruise. Having a rental car is useful if you are planning on going to town a lot, although taxi service is very good. There is a concierge service in The Pedregal that offers in-home personal services such as a chef, massage and spa treatments, and sightseeing trips and excursions. * No parties/events * Max occupancy: 8 * Maximum of 8 people using the house at any time unless permission received from owner. * Photo of person making the reservation required as well as the names of all guests that will be using the house.

I recently stayed here with 4 friends for a fishing trip we had planned. I'll start off by saying the house is really beautiful and in great condition, however, If the house is under the ownership of Burt and his property manager Edwin Duckett then DO NOT STAY HERE! The rules stated any reservation with more than 4 guests would pay an additional fee for those guests. Since we had exactly 4 I felt this place would be a great fit. Little did I know what we were getting into. The last day we had a group of friends staying at a property down the mountain in Pedregal meet us at the house because that's where our van was picking us all up to go to the airport. The next day I get a text from Burt asking for an additional money because he had those people on security camera and citing them staying at the house. (he also doesn't mention in the listing that there are security cameras which probably violates some law somewhere). When I explained to him the misunderstanding he then tried to convince me to pay pal him money directly under the table at a cheaper price than what he originally asked. This really sketched me out and showed me that his whole pricing model is built around extorting you for extra fees after. I am now in a full blown battle with him and Home away trying to get 750 dollars back all because our friends met us at the house. Long story short, DON'T STAY HERE. It's a beautiful place but there's a TON of other beautiful places in Pedregal and our friends house was equally as nice. (we wish we called our van to the airport from there)
