Please Check out “Corkish Cottages” and experience the “Peace and Quiet” that has surely faded away from many parts of the island. Listen to the birds instead of the cars whizzing by. Don’t worry about the safety of your kids or your pets playing in the yard. At night look into space at all the stars that are now visible without all the light pollution of town. Very private, quiet and relaxing cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have 2 twins in each. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a stall shower. The main bathroom has a shower/tub unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator. The pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc are supplied. There is a comfortable living room with tv. There are 2 large sundecks. One deck has a gas ignited charcoal grill. There is a washer & dryer. Linens are supplied including 6 beach towels. Property is located far off of the main road in the woods. Perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

We loved our stay at Snape. It was a 5 minute drive to the most beautiful beach on the island and was very close to many walking trails. It was so clean and comfortable. We stayed at another dog-friendly place on island, and it doesn’t compare to the cleanliness and comfort of Snape. We would definitely stay again.

Snipe was perfect for us. We had our two teens, each with a friend, and our dog. The bed arrangements were ideal and it had all the amenities we needed without being too fancy to get comfortable. The setting is very peaceful and a short bike ride to Quidnet beach. It's right on the bike path and the shuttle route which our daughter and her friend loved. It allowed them to be independent while we went for longer bike rides or relaxed. This is truly a very special place to stay and get away!
