This duplex is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to a small park with playground equipment for children. We were babysitting our two granddaughters who were in a wedding, and this place met all our needs nicely. From the beginning the communication with the owner was helpful and warm. She took the time to offer information about crib rentals and other helpful children needs. The duplex has more space than we expected and the little ones had plenty of room to roam and go outside in the backyard patio area. It was a short drive to the downtown area, grocery stores and shops. We would definitely rent this place again.

It's a lovely home in a great location at a great prices. The basement rooms are very musty and the upstairs shower and a few other things should have been cleaner. I lost use of my email for several days so I texted and never received a response even though I was told that was the best form of communication. Overall a great experience though.

You get what you pay for. Bring a mattress topper if sleep is vital to you and earplugs if your sleeping in the lower level bedroom. Otherwise keep your expectations low. On a high note no issues checking in or out.
