Built over three levels, this magnificent Mexican style villa offers you 4 king and one queen sized beds, with 5 bathrooms, where up to 10 guests can be accommodated. At just few steps away you can revitalize your senses in the crystal-clear turquoise ocean, and the finest white sands of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. A short 09-minute walk will take you downtown Playa Del Carmen, which is one Mexico’s fastest growing resort towns comprised of international restaurants, trendy bars, beach clubs & chic boutiques. Maya Luxe concierge offers you on-site guest services. Our goal is to craft an unforgettable vacation experience for our guests! From restaurant recommendations to tailor made vacation packages, to organizing specific events, Maya Luxe will take care of it all! This villa has a lovely location, nice pool, beautiful rooms and baths, a rooftop hot tub and wonderful upkeep. You can't do better in Playacar....

The house was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job and created artistic towel decorations. The location was perfect; we were able to walk into town every day. WiFi worked well. Beds were very comfortable. The pools were clean. The negatives were lack of communication for check-in (the house manager did not have our phone number and Vrbo sent a check-in email one day AFTER we checked in) and the washer and dryer were not available contrary to the Vrbo listing and our confirming emails. One important reason for renting a house is to pack light and use the washer/dryer. The homeowner did arrange for our laundry to be cleaned at not cost. Thank you.

The property is very well pictured! There was no misleading information or doctored photos. There are additional amenities that are not listed in the listing such as a personal concierge that is there every day. In addition the Maya Luxe company is very reasonable and understanding. I did not get the impression that they were trying to up-sell or swindle you in to doing things or paying for things that were not necessary. All my requests have been met or exceeded and I could not say more how pleasantly surprised I was by this stay. The only down-side which is not in the company/properties control is that the local beach which is a few steps away, was not very vast. There is not much sand and a lot of dead seaweed but this is common and rampant in this area. The pool and service more than made up for it.
