Located in Timmendorfer Strand, this attractive condo for $81 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our 2 room apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained residence building, distance to the beach just 100 meters. The living room has a separate dining area and features a dual function double sofa-bed. You will find a well equipped kitchen in an area separated. The sunny south-west facing balcony provides also a view of the Baltic Sea. The separate bedroom features a double bed, two large wardrobes and some wall cupboards provide sufficient storage space. The bathroom contains an integrated bath, a large mirror and there are lots of places to put things on. A hairdryer is available. Attractions in surrounding of Timmendorf: Timmendorfer Strand is situated at the 'shore' of the lovely landscape of the so called Holsteinische Schweiz. This landscape is characterized by numerous lakes, a charming hill-scenery with large forests where the visitor can enjoy friendly small villages, enjoy flat sand beaches, but also can see steep cliffs of the Lübecker Bucht. Pretty little towns with affectionate buildings like Plön, Eutin, Ratzeburg or Travemünde compete with the old hanseatic city of Lübeck, where you can enjoy exceptional sight seeing impressions you will not forget like its impressive churches, the Holstentor and the wonderfull houses. In the nearst environment (no more than one hour by car) you will find the great harbours of Hamburg and Kiel. If you follow the highway A1 in the direction to Fehmarn the landscape begins to get more flat and soon you will see the imposing arc of the Fehmarnsund bridge. This tour is particularly recommended in the month of June when the rape fields flower all around. For active/enterprising people: If you don´t want to lie and relax on the beach all the time you have besides the various sporting activities a great number of other possibilities in the nearest environment. Here a selection of recommendations: sea tours by ship are starting more than once daily from the picturesque fishing and yaught harbour of Niendorf to different destinations along the coast and up the Trave. A walk along the Brodtener bluff to Travemünde (two hours) will be rewarded by a fantastic view over the Lübecker Bucht and the going and coming ferries. After the walk you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee on the Vorderreihe, a pretty promenade from which you have a good view to the old bark Passat. In summertime music and theatre performances take place at several locations, for example opera and operetta performances on the open-air-stage in the castle park of Eutin. Some more worthwhile destinations are the Ostseetherme with indoor and outdoor pools, slide and sauna, bird park or Sealife Aquarium. Charming pre- and postseason: At Timmendorfer Strand there is always activity, also during the early spring and autumn and even during the winter. But in the pre- and post seasonal periods all turns a little bit slower. A time really without hectic pace. When from October until March the wicker beach chairs are stored in the winter depots, the beach belongs just to the beach walkers. After a winter walk along the beach in fresh breeze and crystal clear air you will like even more the mulled wine which you get at small huts or on the heated terraces of the cafes. This especially when in Christmas time the pedestrian zone and the harbour of Niendorf shine in countless festive lights. Who likes it, warms up later in the sauna or relaxes in the apartment. In April time slowly the wicker beach chairs come back to the beach and you can enjoy a first bath in the early, slowly awaiking sun. And the courageous ones then even dive more than the toe into the cold Baltic Sea...

Gutgelegene zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung
Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung als Familie (4 Personen) die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, nah zur Ostsee. Die Wohnung selber ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Als Familie für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet als Paar auch prima für länger.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Sehr sauber, gut gelegen, netter Kontakt! Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Hausregeln für das Schwimmbad sind sehr streng (u.a. Badekappenpflicht) und selbst bei minimalen Schwimmgeräuschen beschweren sich die benachbarten Bewohner. Das entspricht nicht mehr so ganz dem Zeitgeist und dem Zweck eines Schwimmbades, wie wir finden...aber wir würden dennoch wieder kommen, es ist nur wichtig zu wissen. Ein Zeitvertreib für Kinder bei Regenwetter ist das Schwimmbad nicht!

Es ist alles sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen FeWos hat man gemerkt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, dass man dort wirklich wohnen mag.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und auch die Schlüsselübergabe lief unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für Spaziergänge am Strand und am Hafen.
Keines Manko: Leider wohnen in der Ferienanlage einige Eigentümer, die bei Sauna- und Poolbenutzung tatsächlich den „Eigentümer“ raushängen lassen und Feriengäste nicht gern sehen. Das kann die Urlaubsstimmung ein wenig trüben. Wenn man da drüber steht, ist alles gut.

Preis Leistung in Ordnung
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen Wochenendausflug benötigt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und relativ neu, leider ist die Halterung des Duschkopfs defekt. Obwohl ich selbst Raucher bin, missfällt mir der Geruch, wenn man die Wohnung betritt ein wenig.

Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und in toller Lage, direkt am Meer. Da wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs waren, fanden wir es nur ein bisschen schade, dass es in der Gegend nur einen Supermarkt gibt, der relativ weit entfernt liegt. Zum Glück ist der Fahrradverleih gleich um die Ecke. Vogelpark, Hafen und Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da wir Nichtraucher sind, hat es uns doch gestört, dass die Wohnung eine Raucherwohnung ist. Der Rauch zieht in die Gardinen und Möbel, so dass man es riecht, auch wenn gerade länger niemand geraucht hat. Insgesamt dennoch ein gelungener Aifenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage in zweiter Reihe am Strand und liegt sehr zentral.
-Tolle Lage, zentral gelegen mit Hafennähe
-Hervorragende und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter
-Fahrradverleih liegt gleich ums Eck
-ein negativer Aspekt für uns persönlich war, dass das Rauchen gestattet ist und man dies auch riechen konnte

Kleine, aber liebevolle Wohnung direkt am Strand. Perfekt zum Entspannen und Erkunden.
Eine kleine, aber trotzdem sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung direkt am Strand - also genau das Richtige, um mal ein paar Tage auszuspannen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es schöne Wanderwege, einen Karls Erdbeerhof, eine Eselfarm und einiges mehr. Lange Weile kommt also nicht auf und selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es genügend Aktivitäten. Eine Tatsache der man sich bewusst sein sollte ist, dass man nicht vergessen sollte, Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzunehmen. Unserer erster Weg führte zu Ikea, da wir das vergessen haben. Dem Urlaub hat dies aber keinen Abbruch getan. Insgesamt also ein tolles Objekt in perfekter Lage, in das wir jederzeit zurückkehren würden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr großen Häuserblock. Das Gelände, als auch die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr altmodisch (70er Jahre?!) eingerichtet und könnte, für den Wohlfühlfaktor doch eine kleine Renervierung gebrauchen.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in dieser Wohnung und auch, wenn zu Viert der Platz etwas eng wurde, war es bis jetzt eine der schönsten und gemütlichsten Ferienwohnungen, in der wir bislang waren. Die Zeit tat uns sehr gut. War eine wundervolle Auszeit von Krankheit, Stress und Sorge. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hatte, so wird uns allen Vieren diese Zeit als erholend im Gedächtnis bleiben. :D

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme entspannte Zeit in der Ferienbetreuung und in Niendorf verbracht. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht - man merkt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, was Gäste zum wohlfühlen brauchen. Die Hausanlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage der Wohnung optimal, wenn man auch zu Fuß alles leicht erreichen möchte. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuverlässig - wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
