Located in Zirchow, this attractive house for $160 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. With us you will be W O H L F E H L E N: Welcome to "My little Zanzibar - House 1" - the first of our two beautiful fisherman's cottage in Zirchow and equipped with all the comforts of a top holiday home. In the middle of nature and yet close to the city: in just 8 km you reach the imperial baths Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin with their beautiful fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches. Relax in a well-kept and furnished in pleasant color house. It is ideal for 4 adults or families with 3 children and in every season is worth a visit, as it offers a perfectly equipped fisherman's house with fireplace and sauna. After the sauna you slip into a cuddly bathrobe and linger on a beautiful property on park-like grounds. In just three minutes you have a dreamlike view from the high point of the lagoon on the water. "My little Zanzibar" is in the south amidst the nature park Usedom with its forests, meadows and lakes. The heart of the house is our modern and equipped with brand appliances kitchen. A chic island with ceramic hob and counter seating is the meeting point of the house. The kitchen is equipped with fondue, raclette, an extra built-in dishwasher, a built-in microwave, oven and a large fridge-freezer combination. Original polish pottery for 12 people contributes to the atmosphere. There is also a washing machine and 2 bicycles available. In all rooms we have put much emphasis on pleasing colors and cozy lighting. The neighboring village of Korswandt is just 3 km away. It is known for its large golf course "Baltic Hills" and a beautiful swimming lake. This lake, the "Wolgastsee," is romantically nestled between beautiful deciduous trees and inviting benches and it is great to walk here. "Will I say for a moment: Stay, you are so beautiful" - here you are one with nature. A jetty with pedal boat and rowboat rental and a small beach make for a great holiday. For snacking, the snack bar on the lake offers a good deal and for gourmets we recommend the restaurant of the "Idyll am Wolgastsee". For those with a sweet tooth, Eiscafe`Helene has a good selection of delicious ice cream and cakes. The fishing village Zirchow is characterized by its new thatched houses, the old fisherman's houses were modeled after. In the fishing village there are more houses under construction. Within walking distance there is a restaurant with playground and children's adventure world, bicycle rental, pedal car rental, parachuting and sightseeing flights. In the fishing village of a bread delivery service is offered. The nearest ATM is in the village Zirchow. Zirchow is connected to the island cycle path. We look forward to you! Relaxe-Urlaub
Wer entspannen will, ist hier richtig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut, es war alles vorhanden um sich zu versorgen. Die einzigen Mängel die es gab: Die vorhandene Pfanne war nicht mehr ansehnlich und für 2 Wochen sind 1 Duschhandtuch und ein normales Handtuch definitiv zu wenig. Da sollte man darauf hinweisen, dass man noch welche mitnehmen muss.
Ansonsten war alles top.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wenn man es ruhig und abgelegen mag und man bereit ist, für alle Arten der Versorgung das Auto zu bemühen, dann sei das Objekt empfohlen. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr nette Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!
Das Haus war sehr schön, wir hatten aber nicht erwartet, daß das Haus in einer sehr dicht beliedelten Feriensiedlung liegt. Die Umgebung und das Stettiner Haff hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Tolles Bunzlauer Geschirr und auch sonst überkomplett ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten mit guten Matratzen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Zum gebuchten Wäschepaket sollte noch ein Saunatuch gehören.
Die Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so toll: Es werden noch viele neue Häuser gebaut.
Das Dorf selbst bietet nichts, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und keine Gaststätte in der
Umgebung. Es gibt keinen Strand und auch keinen Zugang zum Wasser. Ohne Auto geht dort nichts.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit Kamin
Nachdem wir ein paar Tage im schönen Bansin in einem Hotel waren, wollten wir gerne das Achterland erkunden und fanden die kleine Sansibar. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen und ein Haus in dem man sich schnell wohlfühlt. Es waren schöne Tage und wir haben alles sehr genossen. Dankeschön!

Schön idyllisch wie immer
Seit drei Jahren kommen wir für ein paar Tage in die kleine Sansibar um für die Familienfeiern zu Weihnachten Kraft zu tanken. Das Haus ist unverändert schön und gepflegt. Die Umgebung hat sich durch neue Häuser verändert, was aber dem Charme des gesamten Dorfes nicht schadet. Liebe Frau Hildebrandt, wir sind nächstes Jahr wieder dabei!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus; tolle Landschaft; professionelle, freundliche Vermieter
Die kleine Sansibar ist hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr schön, wir haben uns in unserer Ferienwoche wohl gefühlt. Etwas nachteilig waren zum einen die momentanen Bauarbeiten, da das Feriendorf neu angelegt wird und weitere Häuser im Entstehen sind. Zum anderen fehlt es an Beleuchtung der Straßen und z. B. des Müllplatzes. Das macht das "Dorf" bei Dunkelheit etwas unheimlich. Wir hatten trotz diese kleinen Nachteile eine tolle Zeit und können die Sansibar guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus vorgefunden, sauber und gepflegt. Der Empfang durch den Verwalter war freundlich und informativ. Gerne haben wir hier gewohnt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Alles in Allem ein erholsamer Aufenthalt
Die kleine Sansibar ist ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einer aufstrebenden Ferienanlage, die Ausstattung umfangreich und selbst die Deko stimmig. Der werktägliche Baulärm wurde von den Vermietern durch eine komplikationslose Mietminderung kompensiert. Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist für den Aufenthalt im Fischerdorf auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, da bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einige Kilometer zu bewältigen sind.

Sehr schönes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlt! Wir haben uns hier in den zwei Wochen wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war sogar noch besser, da wir zu Hause keine Sauna, keinen Strandkorb und keine Hängematte haben!
Echt wunderschön!
Warum keine 5 Sterne?:
Leider steht die kleine Sansibar und in einer Siedlung, die bei weitem noch nicht fertig ist. In diesem Dorf sind wohl mindestens 3 Anbieter am Werk die wenig Rücksicht auf jeweils andere nehmen. So wurde nebenan 2 tatkräftig gewerkelt. Das war soweit okay bis die Arbeiter meinten, morgens ab 7 Uhr und einen (vielleicht auch zwei) Bäume fällen und zerlegen zu müssen. Das geschah etwa 20 Meter vor unserem Haus, direkt vor unserem Schlafzimmer! Das war nicht schön!
Dadurch, dass die Siedlung noch nicht fertig ist fehlt natürlich noch jegliche Infrastruktur.Ein Bäcker kommt zweimal die Woche um halb 10 für eine halbe Stunde. Der angebotene Brötchenservice liefert leider auch keine frischen, sondern lediglich nur Aufbackbrötchen!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Die Baumaßnahmen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung waren in der Woche allerdings recht intensiv und der Flugverkehr zumindest am Wochenende ebenfalls ziemlich laut.

Schönes Häuschen mit moderner Ausstattung
Wir haben uns in diesem charmanten Reethäuschen sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles praktikabel und alle Räume gut ausgestattet.
Das Dorf ist noch im Bau und daher ist natürlich noch ab und zu etwas Baulärm - aber erträglich - und wir waren ja eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs. Wenn die Baustellen durch sind, ist es bestimmt noch mal schöner.
Abends ist es super ruhig und eine idyllische Lage. Das Dorf hat schon jetzt Charme. In Ahlbeck ist man mit dem Auto in rund 15min.

Kleine Sansibar ganz groß
Ein Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Hochwertig, aber dennoch praktikabel. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Leben, Wohnen und urlauben braucht. Anders als in anderen Ferienhäusern, hat die kleine Sansibar eine gewisse Seele, bzw. ein besonderes Flair, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Die Organisation (Übergabe des Hauses) verlief reibungslos. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Auch die Vermieterin antwortete auf Fragen stets schnell und sehr freundlich.
