The property is right in the middle of a beautiful village with an historic abbey. Parking very convenient. Easy access to a multitude of fabulous sites along the Loire. Just watch your head on the beams.

Really enjoyed our time here. It’s a lovely place to stay and has everything you need in a self catering accommodation.
Communication with the owner was brilliant. We found his helpfulness, knowledge of everything local and recommendations invaluable.
Would recommend and definitely stay again.

The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the bakery, shop and entrance to the Abbey. The property is furbished to a very high standard and makes for a comfortable stay in a beautiful village and not far from all the other Chateaux and Vineyards. There is plenty of kitchen equipment and it was lovely to have a full oven, toaster, kettle, etc.
We found that you can buy an annual pass to the Abbey for just 14Euros which seemed to make more sense that a single entry at 11 Euros, and we enjoyed many walks around the Abbey and took our time to see all the various areas. There is parking just a few steps from the apartment and was easy to park there but we were there in early Oct and are led to understand that it gets busy in July/Aug..... All in all a great place to stay.
