It couldn't be closer (and hardly more beautiful). With us you live 100 m from the beach, in a luxurious and comfortably furnished dream house. Enjoy the holidays here, you will want to come back - like everyone. The house, completed in July 2014 with 150m2 of living space and 300 m2 of garden, has a large living-dining area with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and 1 bedroom with a single bed. All beds are high quality box spring beds. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and. Sauna and in the 1st Floor another bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. In the 1st On the first floor there are 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the forest. The garden has a large terrace with lounge furniture. From the rear patio door you are only separated from the garden, a few meters of pine forest and the dune from the kilometer-long sandy beach. There are 2 beach chairs available for a small fee. Up to 7 adults and 1 toddler and 1 baby have space in our jewelry. In season, from May to September, a bakery is open about 100 m away. You will find one at a similar distance and within easy walking distance. Handful of different restaurants and a large playground. A larger shopping center is about 1.2 km away. The house is not on a road, but on the international bike path. 2 parking spaces directly at the house are available. State-of-the-art kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher; Toaster, waffle maker and a wide range of accessories. In the cold season, a brick fireplace in the living room ensures cozy hours. In addition, a large-format flat-screen TV, Blue-Ray disk player, compact music system, books and board games offer the best entertainment options. Books and baby toys are available for the little ones. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, ironing board are also available for free use. WiFi is available. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, the floors in the living and sleeping areas are made of solid oak floorboards, the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms are covered with high-quality fine stone tiles.

Top Lage zum Strand, ruhige Lage, großer Kinderspielplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe sowie ausreichend Gastronomie
Für Familien mit Kindern auch auf Grund der tollen Ausstattung des Hauses super geeignet. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut durchdacht, komplett ausgestattet und strahlt insgesamt eine behagliche Atmosphäre aus. Es besitzt eine gemütliche Terrasse und einen durch prachtvolle Pflanzen gestalteten kleinen Garten, von dem man direkt durch einen kleinen Dünenwald zum Strand gelangt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kindern besonders empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein Weihnachten in diesem wirklich gemütlichen Haus, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, was einem Urlauber den Aufenthalt in einem Ferienhaus versüßen kann. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt nichts. Von Gewürzen bis zu den Wattestäbchen, die nun wirklich nicht erforderlich wären, ist an alles gedacht. Und die selbstgebackenen Plätzchen als Willkommensgruß sowie die sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthaltes lassen keine Wünsche offen. Dazu kommt die hervorragende Lage des Hauses mit einer Umgebung, die Entspannung pur ist. Wir bedanken uns für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.
