Our house was built in 1996 with a high standard.
The apartment is on the 1st Upstairs and is u. a. equipped with underfloor heating, wooden ceilings and typical local solid wooden furniture.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 shower / toilet,
Balconies to the south and west - sun all day, unobstructed mountain views.
The apartment was renovated in 2011 and 2016 to a 4-star level.

The house is located in a small village just outside Garmisch on the way to Eibsee lake. It has one amazing scenic view...to wake up and have the Alps in front is great. There are several hike trails to go around.The house had all the facilities to accommodate comfortably our group (4) especially with the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the basics plus fridge and dishwasher. No need to ask for more.The house was also very clean and warm (important since the outside temperature was between 5-15ºC).The Host was very kind and helpful with info regarding the house and surroundings. For us, the less top thing was the communication prior arrival. I would expect some more information in the days before. Maybe it was something with the site, but I would prefer some more information a week ahead. Other than that...nothing.I would recommend for sure.

Our Grainau stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It was a perfect space for us due to the central location and our day trips. Hubert, our host, was very nice and available when we had questions. Will recommend this to friends and definitely stay here again when in the area.

I stayed at Christmas and I couldn’t be in better place. The view and the snowy mood are pluses to the place. Clean bathrooms and beds, good furniture and kitchen appliances made our Christmas feast more than possible.
The host is extremely friendly and build a place with his heart. The house has many environmental friendly features that puts it in the top if you’re shortlisting places.
Grainau is also near the Zugspitze and Eibsee hotel, so if go by car, you gonna reach the Top of Germany in a blink of an eye.
