About this house rental
In the small resort, just a few minutes walk from the beach, you will find this semi-detached house. The interiors are comfortably furnished. In the village there are some restaurants and a shopping market. In front of the house is the pool, where you can refresh yourself during the summer heat and additional refreshment is provided by the house in the air-conditioned rooms. Visit the town of Umag with various summer events, it is also known for an interesting nightlife. Or visit the romantic old town in Novigrad, a rich historical heritage awaits you there as well.

On a first impression, the house looked very nice.
Size, location, layout and the outdoor amenities live up to the expectations.
Yet there were a number of shortcomings:
unfortunately, especially the kitchen and utilities were dirty and greasy, only few forks/knives/plates etc., not much for a 6 person house. So before enjoying the pool, we had to clean it. The coffee machine that was listed in the ad, was broken (as well as the vacuum cleaner) and after several attempts to reach the house keeper, we got "I will see what I can do" as an answer and that was it. The dishwasher was hardly cleansing the content. The ceiling of the upper bathroom was covered with mold in the corner. Two bedrooms are equipped with air condition, one with direction south-west does not.
These and further minor issues were communicated to NOVASOL on the second day and we did not hear back at all. This is not the service level we expected from NOVASOL.
The village of Lovrecica is nice, calm and has some nice bars, restaurants and a bakery at the beach, the region and the sea is perfect for a family holiday.
