About this house rental
This extremely rustic vacation home with a large capacity, which is divided into three properties, is located on the edge of a typical Istrian village. Centenary walls, which have been completely restored, offer privacy and security. Inside the first house on the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen and a rustic dining room. Over the floors are distributed the cozy bedrooms. On the first floor of the second house you can meet for entertainment and common hours in a recreation room with a small bar, pool, pikado or table soccer. A wellness oasis for relaxing with sauna, as well as a fitness room for the active among you are also available. There is something for every taste. On the upper floors of the second house there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both houses are connected by an external staircase. On the partially enclosed (4500 m2) property dominates the large outdoor pool. Here you can enjoy a welcome swim on hot days. A play corner for the little ones and a large summer kitchen complete the idyllic overall picture. The wooded surroundings invite you to take relaxing walks. This dreamlike vacation home will surely give you a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Visit the medieval town of Barban! Barban has a lot to offer: Palaces, churches, monuments from the Baroque as well as the Gothic period, the frescoes and the Glagolitic records, as well as a city wall. This rich cultural heritage makes the town an interesting region for culture lovers.

The owner was always accessible, and the welcome with a shot and cake was great. The pool, game room, rooms, and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for walking to a great restaurant and supermarket.

We were a group of 4 adults and 11 young adults so we enjoyed having lots of fun activities to do, playing volleyball, table tennis, beer pong:-) The rooms have all bathrooms, so noone had to share. House is nothing fancy but clean and functional. Kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Das online Inserat hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Wir hatten eine richtige tolle Woche mit fünf Familien in diesem großen, sauberen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Auch wenn es ein paar Fragen gab war der Eigentümer immer erreichbar. Echt toll war bei der Begrüßung gleich dass wir einen Schnaps bekamen und für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen die etwas Süßes wollten wurde auch ein Kuchen übergeben. Der Grillplatz ist perfekt gelegen mit Überdachung und wir hatten mit 17 Personen ohne Probleme Platz. Die Pool ist groß und sauber und man kann sehr viel Spaß haben. Auch der Saloon mit Billard, Tischtennis, Dart und Kicker ist eine tolle Sache Punkt die Zimmer und Bäder sind sauber und die Matratzen echt bequem. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut. Kleine Hinweis: Fenster schließen sonst funktionieren die Klimaanlagen nicht und schalten sich ab. Ebenfalls ist die Lage im Ort gut da man zu Fuß zu einem tollen Restaurant und auch zu einem Supermarkt gehen kann.
