This guest house is wonderful. It's situated in the very center of Yerevan, the next building to the oldest church of the city! And it's the separate house without neighbors! There were all necessary things which could be useful for the accomodation, including tea, cofee, tableware, cutlery, all the necessary and convienient furniture, accesories for bathroom etc. There were so nice there that we couldn't even imagine that in advance, and the hostess was very nice and attentive. We are very pleased!

Next to the city center, clean, standalone building, air conditioner inside.
It was mentioned that it has 2 rooms, in fact it’s one separated by a wardrobe in half. If you travel with someone else and wanna privacy, this will not help. Everything else is great
