Budynek jest w spokojnej miejscowości ponad jeziorem. Mimo bliskości do stacji lub sklepów nie słychać tych miejsc. Obsługa jest bardzo przyjazna i uprzejma.
Śniadanie jest europejskie i jest duży wybór rzeczy do jedzenia.
Samemu można zrobić check-in żeby dostać się do pokoju (choć instrukcja mogłaby być zaktualizowana do kodowego wejścia).
Nie ma osobnej łazienki. W pokoju jest umywalka i osobno jest wydzielona kabina prysznicowa oraz toaleta. Przez co wychodząc po kąpieli, zawsze trochę zmoczy się podłogę w pokoju.
Na parterze okna wychodzą bezpośrednio na parking obiektu.
W instrukcji dostania się do pokoju, nie ma podanego sposobu na odblokowywanie drzwi do pokoju. Musieliśmy trochę popróbować, żeby się dostać.

Das Frühstück war gut, der Check-in war mit sofort verfügbarer Telefonverbindung möglich. Über booking.com haben wir einen falschen Zugangscode erhalten.
Das Zimmer war mit Zustellbett zu eng. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr klein und es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wenig Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
