Brandschoon gebouw, zeer modern en van hoge bouwkwaliteit.
Je kunt niets bedenken. Als je iets mist dan regelen ze iets voor je.

La posizione. Praticamente nel centro di Livigno, tuttavia estremamente tranquillo. Il garage al coperto. La pulizia e gli accessori all'interno ed all'esterno della struttura. Come ad esempio le sdraio nel terrazzino a disposizione della camera. La nostra, pur essendo senza angolo cottura è completa di accessori per una frugale colazione senza dover necessariamente uscire, in quanto dotata di bollitore e macchina del caffè. Nonché di piccolo frigobar. Ogni mattina viene riordinata la camera e viene fornito nuovo caffè e tisane e zucchero. Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti ed è stata cambiata la biancheria e gli asciugamani e teli bagno. Davvero molto pulito. La signora Roberta e la mamma Angelica sono due persone davvero squisite. Posto consigliatissimo.

Apsolutely amazing and new apartment with all needed, so beautiful, with lovely balcony where we enjoy morning coffie. Location is perfect, garden is very nice also. But best of all are owners Roberta, Angelica and whole family who welcomed us and every day ask do we need something. Garage also fantastic. We cant wait to come agan. Grazie Roberta!

Room finished nicely
I was mislead by pictures - no breakfast preparing facilities - as seen on pictures. Not really junior suite - more like double room with bathroom - just named grand.
Host advised we can go somewhere else if we do not like room.....
Nor really ski to door - unless you can ski through road and pedestrian area
Host insisting on inspecting room every day after we said we do not want cleaners every day. Let go after shown it was in her policy you can actually opt out from cleaning and that room inspections can be carried out only in our presence
