Nestled in Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace, this lovely house for $229 per night is a great choice for your next break. The comfortable villa ILIANA with a private pool is located in an exclusive residential area, close to the picturesque village Skotina in the foothills of the Mount Olympus. It is a well maintained property in a green, quiet area that provides many options for excursions or hiking tours. The house is surrounded by a large garden with lawn and various Mediterranean plants and flowers. Two wonderful roofed terraces with garden furniture provide the necessary shade according to the time of day and the sunbeds at the pool invite you to relax and chill. The two-storey villa ILIANA is tastefully furnished and provides a high standard of living and wellness comfort to the guests. The private pool is fitted with a waterfall and massage function and one area of the pool has a counter-current system (endless pool). The Jacuzzi room with mirrored windows is ideal for relaxation and fun. On the ground floor with mirrored windows there is the hallway leading to the living/dining area with an open kitchen and direct access to a side terrace and the rear part of the garden. From the hallway you also get to the pool area and the roofed front terrace and the beautiful garden of the house. The living area leads to the bathroom. On the upper floor the hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bath. One of the bedrooms is fitted with mirrored windows and provides a wonderful view across the foothills of the Mount Olympus. The second bedroom has access to a small roofed balcony with a partial sea view. In the semi-open gallery above the hallway is one bedroom with a wood panelled saddle roof (0,90 to 2,20mtr in the centre of the room) and a private bath (sloping roof 0,80 to 2 mtr). In the holiday house the following is provided: Games and an X-Box One Kinetic gaming console, 4 Sat-TV, Netflix and many German and foreign TV channels and 1 pedelec bicycle for the guests. The 46 sqm freshwater pool (11,50 x 4 m, depth: 0,50 to 1,80 m, in operation all year, non-heatable) offers a relaxing splash for everyone. 6 sunbeds and 2 large parasols invite you to relax at the pool. The villa can be booked all year round and is perfect for nature lovers and hikers during the colder seasons.

This was an amazing location….great place, pool, hot tub, space enough for several families…Teo (not Jan Von) was our great host. but the weather was horrible. Cold, Rain, wind…absolutely horrible. We would love to return with family during the actual summer. Highlight of the stay was being invited to / and attended an actual Greek wedding in the village. Except no poupi kakas… Thank you again for the hospitality. We would love to stay again during the summer so we could actually enjoy the house

Very nice and big house ideal for our 6 members family. Many activities even in the house. Games for the children and also the parents. Big swimming pool. Great hospitality by gentle Mr Thodoros. Everything was excellent. Congratulations!

Very nice house and great communication with the owner. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could dream of to ease the vacation. The outside pool was too cold, but i‘ve expected that for early november. Therefore the indoor hottub was well used, althought takes a bit of study of the manual provided by the owner in order to run it. There are some wild dogs (and cats) around. They are totally friendly and we were never barked at, but they are also very stubborn and dont fear cobtact to strangers at all. Since they jump the front gate with ease, smaller kids shouldn‘t remain outside alone as far as my sense of security goes. I can‘t judge the situation during summer tho. Other than that, the suggestions togo nearby and general sourrundings were very nice. Breathtaking views on mount olymp, short drives to various rather empty beaches (in november) and some lovely cultural sites give lots of opportunities to explore. Also lots of restaurants are within 10-15 min drive, as are larger supermarkets. We did not check the local convenient store tho. We‘d love to come back - hopefully a bit earlier in the year to fully enjoy the lovely, clean and large outdoor pool. Thanks again to teodoros for everything. Best regards

La maison est juste magnifique tout était parfait. Elle est très bien situé entre mer et montagne juste magnifique. Elle est très bien équipée vous n'avez rien besoin d'acheter. La piscine très bien et le jacuzzi aussi. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée ont été au top. Theodoros est d'une gentillesse et toujours disponible si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, grâce à lui le séjour à été encore plus merveilleux. Merci encore pour tout vraiment nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons c'est sur. Je recommande vivement !!!

This place is pure heaven!!! Everything was amazing! Thedoros has the house stocked with everything imaginable- he received us with a stocked fridge, fruit milk bread cakes , there’s sugar coffee machine, microwave, toaster , cleaning stuff, loads of towels, just everything! The house is spotless and Theodoros is so welcoming , he has printed out directions to beachside, restaurants and site seeing that is close, all the house is air conditioned and fans, pool is impeccable, there was also a cleaning stuff when we were there. Beds are very comfortable, 5 minutes to great beaches, 8 minutes drive to the big Lidl supermarket, there are also small ones 2 minutes away. We had a little trouble finding the place but managed it after some effort and theodoros was available on phone to help. It’s more beautiful then the pictures Had bbq with the gas bbq - amazing! Lots of out door furniture to rest and sit ,very quiet neighbourhood, just perfect . We can’t wait to come back Thanks Theodoros for being the perfect host!

Pharmacie, minimarket, boulangerie, boucherie et bar café restaurant etc...sont présents au village. Theodoros nous a reçu comme des dieux. Merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel

So ein geiles Produkt! Unser Urlaub in der Villa Iliana war ein Traum. Bereits am ersten Tag waren wir schon überwältigt, als der gute Theodoros uns das Haus mit allem drum und dran zeigte. Es war sehr schön gepflegt, den Kühlschrank hat er für uns gefüllt und obendrein hat er uns zum Essen in ein Fischrestaurant eingeladen. Zudem hat das Haus eine sehr schöne Lage. Auf der einen Seite das Meer mit schönen und sauberen Stränden und auf der anderen Seite der Olymp. Des Weiteren viele kleine Orte wo man gut bummeln und essen gehen kann. Langweilig wird einem dort nicht. Wir hätten uns diesen Urlaub nicht schöner vorstellen können, absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Iliana is a really nice and comfortable holiday home with everything we needed. Theodoros was a very welcoming host, he had foreseen enough food and drinks for our first days. He had also good information about resturants and must sees in the region. The pool and the airconditioning helped us through the heat wave of August. We visited some nice villages, Thessaloniki, the Olympus mountains, the coasts and we even made a day trip to the Meteora (2h drive but really worth the trip).

Amazing place! The house is gorgeous, the garden even more and the pool fantastic. We were two families, 4 adults 2 children (11 and 9) and 2 chihuahuas and we had an awesome time in this villa. The kids (and not only) really enjoyed the pool which has a generous size and is pretty deep at both ends. The house has everything you need and more. The surroundings are very quiet, there are several great reataurants near by and if you like to bbq as we do, there is a fresh fish market and a butcher shop pretty close. Teodor, our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. One of our favorite, we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

The villa was amazing and had everything we needed. As we went in the off-season we found it pretty quiet which i suppose can be a good or bad thing. Would definitely recommend hiring a car to get to some of the surrounding places but not necessary if your intentions are to stay at the villa and go to the beach (40 mins walk).

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Der Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert und sogar vorab Lebendmittel für uns eingekauft. Es war alles sauber und das Haus ist sowieso ein einziger Traum. Wir konnten mit den zu Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern/Ebikes die Gegend erkunden und wurden zu unserer Überraschunf vom Vermieter noch in eines der schönsten Restaurants direkt am Meer zum Essen eingeladen. Ohne Worte einfach ein super toller Urlaub. Gerne wieder!!

Despite the pool and described amenities a lot of games were available that our children enjoyed a lot to play with.

Wir haben drei schöne Wochen im Haus Iliana verbracht. Wir wurden vom Vermieter freundlich empfangen. Er erklärte uns alles ausführlich, während des Aufenthaltes traten keine Probleme auf. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft reichlich gefüllt. Das Highlight des Hauses ist natürlich der Swimmingpool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Die Strände in der Nähe (Skotina, Leptokaria, Plaka und Galeria) werden zwar gut bewirtschaftet, sind aber leider direkt am Wasser steinig. Wir sind immer zum langen Sandstrand nach Nei Pori gefahren (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto) mit guter und preiswerter Bewirtschaftung. Der Lidl-Supermarkt in Leptokaria ist relativ schnell erreichbar und man bekommt alles, was man benötigt(auch regionale Produkte). Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus Iliana sehr empfehlen

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, μεγάλο, καθαρό, καλαίσθητο με αυτονομία και ησυχία. Εξοπλισμένο πλήρως με αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια και τηλεοράσεις σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Ο κήπος με τα λουλούδια και η τέλεια πισίνα ήταν απόλαυση. Δυστυχώς ο καιρός λίγο μας τα χάλασε, αλλά ο οικοδεσπότης μας είχε φροντίσει να μη μας λείψει τίποτα ακόμη και βιβλία, παιχνίδια και μουσική. Από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μας και ο καλύτερος οικοδεσπότης. Θα θέλαμε κάποια στιγμή να το επισκεφθούμε ξανά και να μείνουμε λίγο παραπάνω. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα.

Ein ganz tolles Haus, aus dem wir am liebsten nicht mehr ausgezogen wären. Wir haben 16 Tage in dem Haus verbracht und es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es war wunderbar ruhig und wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, trotzdem war das Personal (Pool-mann und Gärtner) sehr rücksichtsvoll und erledigten ihre Aufgaben selbständig und unaufdringlich. Die Wäsche haben wir auf eigenen Wunsch selber gewechselt , wurde abgeholt und auch wieder gebracht. Alles Bestens. Uns fällt beim besten Willen nichts ein, das zu beantstanden gewesen wäre. Da uns der Vermieter am ersten Tag schon alles gut erklärt hat, wir die Gegend schon kannten und keinerlei Probleme hatten. brauchten wir ihn bis zum letzten Tag auch nicht weiter kontaktieren. Für das nächste Jahr haben wir eine der griechischen Insel in der Planung, aber ansonsten werden wir sehr gerne wieder dieses Haus nehmen. Top!

Check in was no problem, we got a very good sightseeing with the owner at the site. While we rented the house we had a small issue, but the owner shows great service - and we had an amazing week. The house is beautiful, with nice surroundings and views. It is equipped with everything you ever could need for a week. I have no doubt about recommending this place.
