Totally unsatisfied with out stay. Might be cheap but causes just stress.
Good location. 5 minutes to the lifts.
Living in this apartment was a nightmare. It started when we were in the bus from the airport to this apartment. At 18:40 I've received an email that agency would be closed in 20 minutes and I needed to make a call to them and they explain me how to collect the keys.
Imagine: it’s already dark, cold, I'm with two kids and wife. My sim card doesn't allow me to make foreign calls. Aid if I don't make a call I will sleep on the street. Really good service! Why they didn't send email with this information about key collection? Why I have to call them? What If I missed this email or my internet didn't work??
It's good that my wife could make a call! We called and they told us that me must make a deposit or otherwise they won't tell us where to get keys. So, to make a deposit they asked me my card number, and SECURITY CODE of my card. I didn't want to tell them. But I didn't have a choice, so I have to tell them this information to avoid sleeping with kids on the street. So, they have all information about my card and they can do anything with it, which is unacceptable. So, I need to exchange my card now to avoid any problems.
Finally we got keys and went to the apartment. We found out that beds without bed linens and towels. Just pillows and mattresses without anything. So, we had to sleep on ours clothes. We put pillows inside the sweaters. Next day we called to the agency and asked about bed linens and towels and they told us that they don't provide it. They can give us disposable bedding for 30 euro. This is piece of shit but we had to bought it. Do not buy it, it’s impossible to sleep on!
All bed rooms are without windows - no fresh air, difficult to sleep. All 7 days I almost didn't sleep.
It's written that they have a dishwasher, but they don't provide any cleaning aid.
So, you can't use it.
