Sehr nette Wirtsfamilie, freundliche Hunde, super Aussicht ,gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Anfahrt aus der Stadt ist nur für geübte Autofahrer. Man fühlt sich weitab der Großstadt Quito und kann sich gut erholen.
etwas mehr Brot zum Frühstück wäre gut, ist aber typisch deutsch😉

It was beautiful, scenic, loved all the birds, and the cute dogs
The only inconvenience was getting in and out of the property through the locked gate. It would be wonderful if the guests had their own access code.

I love that it is a ¨green¨ property, the staff are friendly, the restaurant is great. I love the gym there and spa facilities. I love the proximity to the airport. The beds are also very comfortable.
I went to the gym/spa expecting to have a steam bath and sauna after my workout. You have to notify the person at the desk at entrance to turn on steam and sauna rooms as they take 15 minutes to heat up. I requested this and then 20 minutes later when I went to use those facilities I found they hadńt been turned on - this is one of the primary reasons that I book this hotel. I went back to the woman at the desk and asked why they wereńt hot - she told me that the person who turns them on did not answer her call - so she did nothing. This is very poor service and I was very disappointed that I was unable to use those facilities. You pay for them in the rate as it´s higher than the other close by hotels…
