About this condo rental
Nestled in Oberstdorf, this charming condo for $89 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our non-smoking apartment, Lerchenstr. 6, is about 7 minutes walk from the village center in a very quiet side street. The apartment is very bright and has a beautiful mountain view. Our rental price is including the tourist tax of 2,60 € per night, per person. In the summer (approx. May to November) you can use as our guests the mountain railways in Oberstdorf as well as in the Kleinwalsertal FREE (according to operating times of the railways). It has free Wi-Fi, a modern flat screen TV with satellite, DVD, CD, radio, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the basement. The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and radio. ** The bathroom was completely renovated in March 2018 and equipped with high quality. The large west-facing balcony is covered and furnished. A free parking space is located in front of the house. Hiking trails and trails are nearby. On request, 1 child can stay in the apartment, as a sofa bed is available. If you need a high chair or a travel cot, we can also provide this. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage
Auf Grund der zentralen, dennoch ruhigen Lage in Oberstdorf kann man alles fußläufig erreichen. Anbindung zu Bus, Bahn problemlos möglich. Ebenso ein optimaler Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bittet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Toll und erwähnenswert ist die "Bergbahnen inklusive" Möglichkeit, dank der Allgäu Walser Card.

Gemütliche saubere Wohnung mit allem drum und dran, und auch der Balkon mit Sonne am Abend eine Wohltat. Auch super gelegen, um viele Berge rund um Oberstdorf und Kleinwalsertal zu erwandern.

Toller Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon richtet sich direkt auf das tolle Bergpanorama aus.
Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.
Schade ist nur, dass es außer dem Fahrradständer vor dem Haus, keine Möglichkeit gibt die mitgebrachten Fahrräder unterzubringen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sonnigem Balkon
In der gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und die Lage sehr gut. Supermarkt und Spazierwege in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Dorfzentrum 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Am schönsten ist der überdachten Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung !
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung kommen… es war so liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts.. in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen braucht.. wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst .. sogar eine Spülmaschine stand uns zur Verfügung.. alles tip top!! Es war alles sehr sauber. Reinkommen Wohlfühlen!! So einfach in dieser tollen Wohnung….
Auch Anfragen an die Vermieter wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet.. es hätte nicht besser laufen können ! Der Rewe ist in 5 Gehminuten erreicht und auch die Innenstadt mit seinen schönen Geschäften waren in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen… alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.. so macht Urlaub Spaß und wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal !!!

Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegene sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man brauch (Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, schöner, überdachter Balkon).
Seilbahnkarten sind inkl. . Es ist eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder vorhanden, wo diese auch sicher verschlossen werden können. Eine Überdachung (kleiner Schuppen) wäre noch wünschenswert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht: Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Couch und zusätzlicher Essecke, ein gutes Schlafzimmer und Bad, vollständige Küchenutensilien sowie einen großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht und einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Uitstekend verblijf, appartement meer dan compleet. Positief verrast na binnenkomst, werkelijk alles is aanwezig en schoon. Rustig gelegen net buiten het centrum, maar alles op loopafstand.
Schitterend uitzicht bij het wakker worden.
We komen zeker terug !

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Bei der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Speziell das Panorama vom wettergeschützten Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns auch wieder wohlgefühlt. Ausstattung / Zustand / Sauberkeit lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Auf dem überdachten Balkon mit Blick auf das Söllereck kann man auch bei Regen den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und funktionell. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Positiv war auch die Anzahl der Handtücher und Duschtücher. Negativ war die rechte Matratze im Bett, leider war sie etwas durchgelegen.

Gutes Quartier mit geringen Abstrichen
Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung hat uns gefallen und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt beschert. Aus unserer Sicht wäre es wünschenswert, dass die Fenster mit Gardinen oder Plissees ausgestattet wären. Darüber hinaus knarrt es bei jeder Bewegung im Bett vor dem Fenster. Der Wasseranschluss am Duschkopf ist undicht. Die beiden letzten Anmerkungen hatte ich schon einmal in einer Rezension gelesen. Da wir die kleinen Problemchen nicht so hoch bewerten, sind wir der Meinung, dass die Wohnung von uns uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen wird. Addy und Rosmarie

wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unkomplizierter Check-In, alles super.
Das Licht in der Küche könnte heller sein und die Heizkörper müssen leider auf Vollgas laufen, weil die Wohnung schnell auskühlt. Beim Duschen stand mein Freund mal mit plötzlichem Kaltwasser da und die Rollos wegen fehlendem Rolladen verdecken leider die Sicht komplett. Vorhänge wären hier besser.
Aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau - wie gesagt, war schön. Sollte nur eine Anregung sein

Wohlfühlambiente
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Stil - und liebevoll eingerichtet. Grosser hübscher hergerichteter Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber zweckmässig und modern. Lage zum Ortskern knapp 10 Min zu Fuss, Supermarkt 5 Min. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Urlaub im Allgäu
Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Diese hat auch sehr gute Lage. Wir konnten fast alle unsere Ausflüge zu Fuß erreichen, die Bushaltestelle nach Kleinwaseltal ist um die Ecke gleich wie der REWE Markt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die Größe der Wohnung war für uns als Familie mit einem Kind perfekt.
Die Wohnung hat auch ein großes Balkon, wo man zum Ausklang des Tages bei den letzten Sonnenstrahlen entspannen kann.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Wir haben die Wohnung für drei Wochen (August/September) gebucht und waren mehr als begeistert! Es hat alles gepasst, alles war vorhanden und die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, dennoch zentral für alle Erledigungen und Unternehmungen! Unser Auto haben wir in der Zeit selten genutzt!
