The dining area in the living room can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is new, fully equipped with an induction cooker and oven, espresso / coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet is separate. The terrace with an outdoor fireplace is large with a beautiful view of the countryside, the table can accommodate 8 people. The shady garden is beautifully planted with Mediterranean plants and offers space to relax and play, loungers and garden furniture are available for a relaxing stay. You have the possibility to park your car on the property. However, this only applies to normal cars, the width of the entrance is not sufficient for a VW bus or camper. The street in front of the house is single-lane, the way to the sea (250 m / approx. 5 minutes) is protected and leads without crossing a large street through an underpass directly to the clean and spacious sandy beach. Several restaurants are open directly on the beach in summer; there you can rent deckchairs and parasols. Right next to it, also with wonderful sand and clean water, is a large public beach. Water sports are offered at the breakwater. In the port of Golfe Juan you can rent a motor or sailing boat. From there a boat goes several times a day to Île Ste Marguerite.
