About this villa rental
This four bedroom villa was completed in 2008 located in a small cul-de-sac with four villas which is located in the small village of Lapta. Its elevated position enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views. The villa has a spacious living room, newly renovated kitchen and four bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and fully air-conditioned. One of its main feature is the galleried dining area which opens onto a terrace overlooking the large swimming pool and patio seating area. The kitchen comprises of electric hob and gas oven, with modern units, granite worktops, large fridge and freezer with a built in ice dispenser and breakfast bar area. The garden area includes a full sized pool, gazebo with dinning area and a outdoor shower with views of the mountains and Mediterranean.
We highly recommended car hire as the villa is tucked away.

Dream villa in perfect locations with views from the pool of the sea and mountains, beautiful new kitchen and everything you need for a relaxing break away, owners and villa manager very attentive and helpful and made our holiday unforgettable again, Lapta strip is 10 mins drive with amazing restaurants and beach clubs, highly recommend and will be back

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Great views of coast and mountains, I would visit this villa again. Great communication during the booking process, and good communication with the villa manager, we had one issue with the water pump that was rectified on the same day.Description of the villa is correct. Great place to stay with a large party or family, outdoor area is great, pool is regularly maintained.

We had the most fabulous time in Cyprus at the villa. The views are breathtaking and we never got bored of it. Peaceful and serene. The pool was the icing on the cake. The kids were in all the time. The villa was bright and spacious for all of us. Bonus each room having their own bathrooms. Highly recommended. Need a car. Makes all the difference to reach everywhere nearby. Would love to stay there again. Thanks!
