A 10 min drive from Porto Pino, an elegant two-room apartment located in Giba, due to its strategic and central position in Sulcis, allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches in the south-west of Sardinia. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a newly built residential complex, well furnished and with attention to detail, it can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, large kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, hallway with washing machine and large outdoor terrace furnished with a garden table and chairs, sunshade curtain, outdoor sink. Numbered and reserved parking space adjacent to the apartment
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV with decoder, washing machine and clothesline, iron and hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is complete with all appliances, electric oven and microwave, cookware and dishes, a blender. Bathroom, kitchen and bed linen is provided on request at a cost of € 20 per week.

Ho soggiornato 15 gg ad agosto in questa località del Sud Sardegna con mio marito e mio figlio di 16 anni e non posso fare altro che dare cinque stellle a questa bellissima esperienza. Un piccolo paese Giba, dove non manca nulla e vicinissimo a spiagge meravigliose una diversa dall'altra. La casa perfetta, molto pulita e curata nei minimi particolari , ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La proprietaria Ester e' una persona speciale , molto disponibile e gentile, che ci ha saputo consigliare e suggerire nel migliore dei modi ad ogni ns.richiesta. E' ns intenzione tornare , perche' riteniamo ci sia ancora tanto da vedere in questa splendida zona. Arrivederci Sulcis e un abbraccio forte a Ester e Marika

Esperienza molto positiva. Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Padrona di casa molto gentile. Posizione strategica per raggiungere e visitare tante bellissime spiagge.

Bellissima vacanza in un bilocale nuovo, comodo e superaccessoriato. A pochi chilometri dalle più belle spiagge del sud della Sardegna. A due passi dalle grotte di Is Zuddas e dai villaggi nuragico. Una rilassante vacanza tra mare, cultura e buona cucina

La posizione della casa è ottima, in zona tranquilla ma non lontana dal centro e dai servizi principali come supermercati e bar, è un ottimo punto di partenza per girare l'intera zona e vedere le bellissime spiagge del sud Sardegna. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, pulitissimo e ben tenuto, così come ci era stato descritto, è presente anche l'aria condizionata anche se non è servita, la casa è abbastanza fresca, a questo si aggiunge la cordialità e ospitalità della padrona di casa. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo, grazie per la bella vacanza !!
