The residence Cala de Flores 1 is pleasant and surrounded by greenery, a few meters from the sea and two beaches: one in white sand (Cala Grano) and a small one in pebbles. It is 5 minutes from Porto Cervo center and consists of round houses inspired by the shape of the Sardinian nuraghe.
There is also a large shared, elegant salon with lifeguard, sun loungers, shower and sea views and the possibility of renting the indoor tennis court to the Residence.
In this context we propose a small apartment of 40 square meters, consisting of 3 rooms with simple furnishings: living / dining room with a semi-enclosed kitchenette,
1 double bedroom with two single beds
1 small bedroom with two beds.
Bath with shower, bidet, wc.
Comfortable seaview veranda overlooking the private garden, with table and bench in masonry and granite.

Siamo stati benissimo, Claudia è molto gentile ed è sempre stata molto attenta con noi. Ci ha descritto talmente bene tutto che conoscevamo la casa e il contesto quasi al dettaglio prima di arrivare. La casa non è grande ma siamo stati benissimo in quattro (due adulti e due bambini). È molto carina e ha un giardinetto con un tavolo per mangiare. Appena ti alzi esci in giardino e vedi anche il mare vicino. La casa è inserita in un complesso immerso nella natura molto rilassante e tranquillo. In questo complesso c'è anche una grande piscina salata, ma il mare, una cala a due passi dalla casa, ha l'acqua talmente pulita che siamo sempre lì. Casa consigliattissima!!!
