Hier unsere Erfahrungen mit der Wohnung "Mika":

Nach Betreten der Wohnung ist der erste Eindruck positiv. Klein, aber alles ordentlich, auf den ersten Blick sauber und gemütlich. Für die kurze Zeit ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Couch ist schnell umgeklappt und fertig ist das Bett. Wohlfühlen: Klappt nicht so richtig. Abends beim Glas Wein, denkt man schon „Ein paar Übergardinen und ein kleiner Teppich vorm/unterm Tisch wären ganz schön“. Kurz gesagt, man bekommt das Gefühl die Wohnung wurde husch, husch hergerichtet und es ist ja alles da, …. aber mehr auch nicht. Alles irgendwie spartanisch. Na ja, wir sind ja nur kurz am Abend da und schlafen. Tagsüber ist man unterwegs. Was uns aufgeregt hat: Eine Steckdose neben der Küchenzeile hängt halb aus der Wand. Nix für Kleinkinder! Die Drückergarnitur und/oder Schloß zum Bad quietscht und knarrt „wie Harry“. Ist toll wenn man Nachts mal eben auf die Toilette möchte. Im Bad keine Sockel- bzw. Wischleisten am Boden. Sieht nicht toll aus. (Siehe oben) Des Weiteren, war der Abflussstopfen defekt, bzw. lose und lag einfach schräg oben auf. (Noch ein Tipp von mir am Rande: Der Standflügel der Balkontür „hängt auf der Nase“, wodurch der Verschlusszapfen oben nicht greift und somit die Tür nicht mehr sicher verschließt) Nach näherem Hinschauen kam das Schlimmste zu Tage. Die Couch war ja nun aufgeklappt und die Rückseite der Lehne steht etwas unter der Matratze hervor. Bei näherem Hinsehen, bekam ich fast einen Anfall. Alles voller Schmutz und vor allem Haare. Hier wurde Monate oder gar Jahre nicht sauber gemacht. Auch wenn Sie geschrieben haben die Wohnung wird jedes Mal desinfiziert (was wir nun auch schon leicht bezweifeln), das geht gar nicht. Zum Schluss kam noch das I-Tüpfelchen oben drauf: Freitagabends nach 21:00 Uhr dröhnt es auf einmal los. Man kann es erst gar nicht zuordnen, aber dann kapiert man, daß da Renovierungs-arbeiten durchgeführt werden. Entweder wurde mit einem Bohrhammer gedübelt oder gestemmt. Das ging so in etwa eine ¾ Stunde so. Echt toll. Kurzum, der Krach und vor allem die Couch bewogen uns dazu vorzeitig am Samstagabend alles zu packen, in der Nacht nach Hause zu fahren und im eigenen, gemütlichen und vor allem sauberen Bett zu schlafen. Auf eine weitere Nacht in der „Mika“ konnten wir gut verzichten. Es tut uns leid, Ihnen nichts Erfreuliches zu schreiben, aber Urlaub in der "Mika" wird´s für uns nicht mehr geben, da gibt es besseres.
