Nestled in Neustift im Stubaital, this attractive house for $333 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The large kitchen with dining area in the holiday home offers enough space. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. You have the option to order fresh breakfast pastries every day (except Sundays and public holidays). The house has three separate bedrooms, each with a shower / toilet. THE ROOMS ARE MADE OF CHERRY so that a healthy and deep sleep is guaranteed. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. In addition, there are two living rooms in the holiday home where you can retreat for quiet moments or a reading lesson. In every living room there is also a satellite TV and free WiFi. The holiday home is only a 10-minute drive from the Stubai Glacier, making it the closest wooden holiday home. If you want to leave the car in the garage you can reach the bus stop for the free ski bus after 50m. The nearest grocery store can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Summer and winter hiking trails for beginners and professionals in the immediate vicinity. Appetite for good home cooking? Several restaurants are very easy to reach on foot. The cross-country ski run and a small ski lift are located 300m from the house. You don't have ski equipment? No problem! In 500m on the way to the Stubai Glacier you will find a ski rental or you can rent the equipment directly at the glacier. A large ski cellar including a ski boot dryer is located in the basement. Your vacation starts stress-free! No search for a parking space, no parking fees. In our holiday home you can park comfortably and free of charge in your own garage with direct access to the rooms. Our house is a non-smoking house, we are happy to provide ashtrays for our smokers on the terrace and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben zu zwölft eine tolle Woche Skiurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist top gepflegt, sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind super nett und der Kontakt zu ihnen war unkompliziert und sie waren schon im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit. Auch das Kochen für zwölf Personen hat in der Küche gut funktioniert.
Mit dem Auto brauchten wir ca. 10 Minuten ins Skigebiet. Auch per Bus kommt man leicht dorthin: zweimal am Tag pro Richtung hält er etwa 140 Meter vom Haus entfernt und alle 15 Minuten unten an der Hauptstraße (350 Meter).
Alles in allem war es wirklich ein super Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine ganz fantastische Woche im wundervollen Zirbenhaus. Super Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist spitze und lasst keine Wünsche offen!. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

The facility is clearly 5 stars in all aspects. But together with the lovely landlord Lisi that comes and helps you when necessary and even draws a bicycle on a board with our names in, we would have given 6 stars when this would be possible! Ein wunderschönes und super gelegenes Ferienhaus zum Ski fahren im Stubaital.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Super Lage und mit allen nötigen ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben uns herzlich begrüßt.

Ihr seit echt tolle Gastgeber! Es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub! Angefangen mit einem super herzlichen Empfang durch Lisi, einer Woche Sonnenschein pur und ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus! Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist mit viel Liebe ausgewählt - man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Wir waren mit drei Generationen im Familienurlaub und es waren wirklich alle vollstens zufrieden! Vielen Dank liebe Lisi und Mario für die wunderschöne Zeit bei euch! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Fantastische Unterkunft mitten im Stubaital
Perfekte Basis um mit einer größeren Gruppe das Stubaital zu erkunden. Das Haus ist wirklich riesig und hat uns echt umgehauen, als wir es das erste Mal betreten haben. So ein sauberes, gut ausgestattetes & schönes Ferienhaus ist uns in den vielen Jahren des Mietens noch nie untergekommen. Kontakt mit Lisi (Vermieterin) war super angenehm vor, während & nach der Reise.
Alle Zimmer riesig groß (teil mit eigenem Aufenthaltsbereich & kleiner Küche), tolle Bäder, alles unglaublich sauber!!
Ideal gelegen, super ruhig, Wanderungen starten direkt vor der Tür, mehrere Restaurant fussläufig erreichbar, Busstation direkt um die Ecke. Danke noch einmal für die tolle Woche!

Urlaub im Stubaital - einfach Spitze!!!
Urlaub Im Stubaital...Na das kann was werden habe ich mir gedacht. Und schon ist der Urlaub wieder vorbei und ich bin total begeistert. Wir haben hier in einem wunderbaren Haus mit tollen Vermietern eine traumhafte Woche verbringen dürfen. Wir waren alle einer Meinung zu dem Haus. Wo gibt es das ? Bisher nur im Stubaier-Gletscherhaus bei Lisi und Mario. Wir verreisen oft in größeren Gruppen und haben schon so einiges erlebt, aber hier hat einfach alles von Anfang an ( bei der Buchung ) bis zum Schluss ( bei der Abfahrt) gepasst. In unserem ( privaten ) Ranking belegt das Stubaier-Gletscherhaus den allerersten Platz. Mehr möchte ich gar nicht schreiben...Sonst bekommen wir in den nächsten Jahren keinen freien Platz mehr um das schöne Haus nochmal zu genießen.

Super Familienurlaub
Wir haben im Ferienhaus unseren ersten großen Familienurlaub verbracht und uns super wohlgefühlt. Lisi hat ihren Traum von einem eigenen Ferienhaus verwirklicht - dass es ihr Herzensprojekt ist, spürt man überall, von der Einrichtung des Hauses bis zur Betreuung ihrer Feriengäste (tausend Dank nochmal für die zahlreichen Tipps und deine Bemühungen, liebe Lisi :)). Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Super Skiurlaub im Stubaital
Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Unterkunft und haben eine tolle Woche Skiurlaub im Februar genossen. Das Wetter und die Pistenverhältnisse waren traumhaft am Stubaier Gletscher.
Der Kontakt mit Lisi war in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich. Der Zustand und die Ausstattung des Hauses ließen für uns keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes, sauberes und großes Ferienhaus. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, es hat alles gepaßt!!! Gern würden wir wieder zu euch kommen....Wir hoffen bald :-). Absolut lobenswert war und ist der Kontakt zu Lisi und Mario. Man schließt sie sofort ins Herz. Sie sind sehr bemüht, es allen Urlaubern recht zu machen. Schon vor Beginn unserer Reise hatten wir einen sehr netten Emailkontakt. Wir können dieses schöne Ferienhaus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Super Ferienhaus
Wir waren schon öfters im Stubaital, da uns das Tal und der Gletscher super gut gefallen. Dieses Jahr waren wir zum ersten Mal in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Wir wurden super betreut und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus besteht aus großzügigen Räumen mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und tollem Ambiente. Es ist einfach klasse! Bis nächstes Jahr

Super Urlaub in einem Super Haus
Wir haben uns direkt beim Begehen des Hauses wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus trifft genau unseren Geschmack. Großzügige Räume, tolles Raumklima, in jedem Zimmer Dusche/WC, uvm.
Unweit vom Haus fährt der Skibus. Wir waren den ganzen Tag am Gletscher Skilaufen. Danach haben wir in der Mutterbergalm Apresski gemacht.
Es sind einige Restaurante mit 5-10 Minuten Fussmarsch gut erreichbar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden super betreut und kommen geren wieder! Danke noch einmal und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Super Familienurlaub im November
Uns hat der Urlaub in dem toll eingerichteten Haus super gut gefallen, denn wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie erwünscht. Die Erwartungen waren nach den sehr guten Bewertungen auch entsprechend hoch, diese wurden aber noch übertroffen.
Lisi hat uns sehr nett empfangen, alles erklärt und war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Super Service!
Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, bietet ausreichend Platz, auch für größere Gruppen ab 8 Personen. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Hochbett. Uns gefiel auch, dass für jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad vorhanden waren.
Dieses Haus würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Zum Skilaufen ging es am Stubaier Gletscher auch schon sehr gut. Wir haben die schönen Tage auf der Piste sehr genossen. Auf den Pisten war auch wenig los, sodass wir die Pisten fast für uns allein hatten.

Tolle Herbstwoche im Stubaital
Wir haben eine Woche Skiferien mit Familie und Freunden im Ferienhaus zum Stubaier verbracht.
Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen: großzügige, moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung. Große Gemeinschaftsküche mit Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoß. Spielbereich für die Kinder. Ideal für Gruppen und größerer Familien.
Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Zimmer ziemlich gut isoliert- was bei uns mit den Kindern sehr praktisch war.
Am Stubaier Gletscher ging es für die Jahreszeit ausgezeichnet zum Skilaufen. Unsere Kinder machten ihren Skikurs. Die Gastgeber Lisi und Mario sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Super Skiwoche im Oktober mit Familie und Freunden
Wir haben in dem wunderschönen Haus den Herbsturlaub verbracht. Zur Unterkunft braucht man eigentlich nicht viel sagen, da es genau so ist, wie es hier beschrieben wird . . .Preis-Leistung ist TOP! Für Kinder ist es ebenfalls ein Traum, da es viel Platz zum Spielen gibt. Die Schneeverhältnisse waren dieses Jahr auch wesentlich besser als im Vorjahr! Anreise, Abwicklung etc. hat alles sehr gut geklappt...sehr nette Vermieter! Absolut zu empfehlen!!! Wir haben für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht :-)

Super Sommerurlaub
Wir hatten einen super Sommerurlaub im Ferienhaus zum Stubaier Gletscher. Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie dort. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Auf Anhieb waren wir vom Haus begeistert! Wir waren das erste Mal im Stubaital zum Wandern und kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Tal ist einfach wunderschön (z.B. WildeWasserWeg, Falbesoner Ochsenalm, Milderaunalm, uvm). Mit den Kindern waren wir 2 x in Mieders auf der Sommerrodelbahn und im Stubay schwimmen. Danke auch an Lisi die uns super betreut hat! Bis nächstes Jahr!

No traffic sounds, just the colour of night outside and waking up with a view on the mountains. Nice!

And then there is the area. We did great walks in the mountains: Scheibenweg for the kids, Wildewasserweg, ... we went for moutain carting in Muttereralm, raced down with the Summer Rodelbahn of Serles, ... We will never forget our walk on the Stubaier Gletscher and reaching the "Top of Tirol".

Wonderful week in Zum Stubaiergletscher
We are a group of 9 seniors from Spain, and from the very moment we emailed Lisi, the house owner, we felt excellently treated. When we arrived to Gasteig and entered the house we were impressed; it's better than what the pictures in its web site show. Then we were welcomed by Lisi who explained us everything we were interested in and suggested us many excursions, tracks and many things to do.
The house is cosy, extremely clean and you can find everything you need and even what you don't need in it. Kitchen equipped with lots of kitchenware, hairdryer in every of the four bathrooms, separate lounges where each one could have its own privacy and then a big dining room and kitchen were we had meals and drinks together. Terraces and garden helped us to enjoy our stay very much and there is even a covered parking ground for at least 3 cars. In addition we got bread and croissants served every morning at the time we had asked before. It's actually what we were looking for.
We will surely recommend this wonderful house to our friends and relatives and, may be, come again in the future,Jj
