The location is amazing and the hosts are super hospitable and welcoming. The house itself is very nice and spatious. Kitchen has everything one needs. We also loved the local and self-made products the hosts had to offer.
The heating in winter in the ground floor of the house is exclusively via wooden stove (upstairs has infrared electric heaters, which were super reliable). The lower part of the house got cold on the nights when it was freezing, and it took a while to heat it up, which, for city-spoilt people could be uncomfortable :)

The house was very comfortable and quiet, everything was super clean. Appreciated the self service pantry with own products very much. Got a good taste of authentic Austrian lifestyle far from the big cities. Opportunity to make a bonefire and grill food. 3 separate bedrooms were very good value for the money. Supermarket is only 10mns away by car. Baerenschutzklamm within one hour, Mariazell 1.5 hours.
There could be mosquito screens on the ground floor bedroom window as well.

L'ubicazione della casa che è incantevole, si vede tutta la vallate che porta a Vorau. La cortesia della signora Antonia è veramente stupenda. Posto ideale per le famiglie.

We were lucky enough to see their animals on a daily basis. The cottage had a pantry with lots of local produce for sale. The room with 2 single beds is very nice, especially for children.
The stairs to the top room are quite steep and might be a problem for someone with impaired mobility. However, there is a double room downstairs along with the bathroom so it's not a major problem.
