The location is very good, situated between Roussillon and Goult, and provides a convenient base for exploring Provence. The check-in process was easy, and communication with the host was friendly, responsive and straightforward.
The property is quite small and, in our view, best suited to a weekend or short stay. We originally booked for 10 days but, shortly after arriving, realised that the space and amenities were not well suited to a longer stay.
The apartment has a large minibar-style fridge rather than a full-size refrigerator and does not have a washing machine. The living area is compact, and we found the sofa, chairs and wooden dining chairs uncomfortable for extended use. There is also very limited space to hang or store clothing.
As we raised these concerns within an hour of arriving, we asked whether it would be possible to shorten our stay and check out early. The host explained that this was not possible under the cancellation policy. While we fully understood and respected the policy, we would have appreciated some flexibility given how quickly we communicated that the property was not suitable for our needs.
There are two other cottages positioned very close by, one of which adjoins this property, so privacy can be limited and noise from neighbouring guests can be easily heard.
We also felt that the outdoor areas could benefit from some additional attention. The grounds and grass around the pool could be better maintained, and the poolside cushions would benefit from being refreshed or upgraded.
Overall, we feel the property is best suited to guests looking for a rustic farmhouse experience and a base for a short stay while exploring this beautiful part of Provence.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet, es hat wirklich alles was man braucht!

Pool ist sehr schön, bequeme Liegen- wir fanden auch sehr toll, dass man im Baumschatten liegen konnte.
Es hat einen etwas eigenen Geruch wenn man die Unterkunft betritt, etwas modrig-feucht. Vermutlich kommt dieser von den alten Wänden, man gewöhnt sich, muss aber die Kleidung besser im Schlafzimmer lagern
