Everything, lovely big room, air con, very clean and lovely balcony. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely too.

Excellent location, very clean and well looked after with gorgeous flower displays. Very attentive staff, excellent food menu, especially Thursday and Sunday carvery. Dog friendly. Immediate action when we reported a split in the shower head, fixed before we returned later in the day.
Bathroom extractor not working to full capacity, towels and shower staying damp.
No plug socket close to dressing table for hairdryer.
Nothing that would prevent us from booking again.

The property, surrounding grounds and especially the room was immaculate.
Breakfast could be served at a little earlier time but I knew this before booking.
