Oct - Feb Snowbird Special! This first floor unit is equipped with all the extras, and you will be warmly welcomed with a guest book to help you navigate our home and community! Our condo has been completely renovated in an elegantly modern French European style, and features a large reclaimed barn wood feature piece with a recessed smart TV and electric fireplace (cozy for cool nights and snowbirds). Sleeping arrangements include a queen size murphy bed and twin bunk beds, all with soft, luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked and accented with quartz, European marble and stainless steel appliances. The back patio is steps away from the pool and barbecue grilling area, and the beach access is directly across the street (about 100 yards to the beautiful white sandy beaches of 30-A)! This is a great place to stay anytime of the year and perfect for those wanting to spend extended time at the beach in the colder months.

Loved the room! Pool and laundry were right outside, we could sit on the porch and watch our kids in the pool. The internet was not working the first couple days but the owner quickly responded and took care of the problem. 5 stars for sure!

Great property! Good location to the beach and Seaside. Coffee, donuts, and bicycles within walking distance! Air is super cool and cozy after coming in from the beach!

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway for my husband and I. We love the location of the condo and easy access to the beach. We will definitely book again!
