About this villa rental
Our house is located in the green interior of Istria in a small place called Rudani. The land on which it was built is 1800 m2 and the surface of the house is 200 m2 with the terraces. It is a modern one

House offers idyllic vacation away from the hustle and bustle.
It is 20 minutes from the crystal clear sea.
Due to its location in the center of Istria, over a 30 min drive you can come to all city and major events in Istria.
It is located 8 km from Žminj. Žminj is a nice town where you can also eat traditional Istrian specialties. At the end of August there is a very popular local festival called "Bartulja". Our house is located near a village path and it is surrounded by beautiful nature, which is ideal for sports and relaxation (running, cycling ...). We have an idyllic rural atmosphere and we will be happy to offer you fruit and vegetables from our own organic cultivation. Our municipal playground is near our house, where you can play football, basketball and handball. On hot summer nights there is also a pool and a fireplace. The cities: Rovinj, Pula, Poreč and Rabac are a good half hour drive from Rudani, so you can also visit the beautiful beaches in these cities, as well as take part in numerous cultural events.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home in Istria and can highly recommend it.The property is huge and almost completely fenced, which was perfect for our Australian Shepherd, Finn. Only a small section behind the house was temporarily secured with a simple pasture fence, but this was not an issue for our dog.The house is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. A big plus for us was the garage with direct access to the house.The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The entire property was beautifully cared for and offered several seating areas, a children's play tower, and even a volleyball net.A special thank you goes to our host, Iva. She welcomed us warmly with homemade pastries and a welcome drink and was always available whenever we had questions. We especially appreciated the fresh salad from her garden, which was absolutely delicious.My wife and I had a fantastic holiday together with Finn and felt at home from the very first day. The combination of the beautiful house, the spacious grounds, and Iva's outstanding hospitality made this a truly memorable vacation.Thank you, Iva, for the wonderful time. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben bewusst nach einem Haus abseits des Trubels gesucht und wurden hier fündig. Sehr ruhige und erholsame Lage. Trotzdem war mit dem Auto alles gut erreichbar (Einkaufen 15 Minuten / die nächsten Städte/Sehenswürdigkeiten zwischen 30 und 40 Minuten).
Besonders der Pool und der mit viel Herz angelegte Garten waren ein Traum.
Tolle Gastgeber, die sehr diskret aber trotzdem immer ansprechbar waren.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, alles lief unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
