Situated in Schluchsee, this lovely condo for $94 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The comfortably furnished, renovated and comfortable apartment can be occupied by 2-6 people. Price according to number of people and number of rooms! A spacious hallway with a wardrobe welcomes our guests. The fully equipped kitchen with a nice, comfortable corner bench, dishwasher and. v. Extras invite you to cook and feast in a convivial atmosphere. In the living room with couch set u. One likes to linger in the sitting area, also to read a beautiful book from the full book shelf, to bring an entertaining game out of the closet, or simply to relax in front of the LCD satellite TV. You can sunbathe on the 2 furnished balconies with a beautiful view of the soothing green of meadows and forests. Up to 4 bedrooms with washing facilities offer everyone a well-deserved, restful sleep after an eventful day. In the newly renovated shower with toilet and towel warmer you will find many amenities, such as a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and various Cosmetics. An extra toilet offers you alternative options. Dishes and towels are provided by us weekly. Bed linen from 5 nights, 4 nights or less should be brought along, or is charged at EUR 10 per person. On the large property you can use the sunbathing lawn and barbecue area with a massive sizzling set under a beautiful wooden pavilion. A table tennis table, rackets and balls as well as a soccer goal are available. The ski lift and cross-country ski run can be accessed directly from the house. The beautiful Fischbach valley is surrounded by spruce forests, meadows and pastures. The charming mountain village is the starting point for many exciting hikes. It should be mentioned that the new quality trail 'Schluchtensteig' leads past the house, up to the Bildstein, the highest viewpoint of Schluchsee, which protrudes from the fir and spruce trees. Here a wide view sweeps from the Feldberg over the deep blue lake. If you are lucky, you can admire an Alpine panorama. Just breathtaking! It zigzags down to the largest Black Forest lake. Luck for everyone who has a bathing suit with them. We continue, either to the idyllic Krummenhof by the lake over there to enjoy a hearty bacon snack or on the tranquil sea route back to the Schluchseeort, where plenty of gastronomic delicacies are offered. There are hiking opportunities from Fischbach in all directions, north towards Raitenbuch, an idyllic village with many old Black Forest farms, depending on the season past lupines, foxgloves, willow-herb and various ferns and mosses. So pure Black Forest. To the east, you plunge into dense forests over several forest paths, it smells spicy of fresh resin, blueberry bushes and boulders line the path until you come out in Lenzkirch, the lively neighboring town with shops and cafes. Another nice hike is the way over the 'picture' to Hinterhäuser, where you have wide views of the Fichbach valley. If you then walk towards Schluchsee, the Riesenbühl tower is on the route, a lookout tower that offers fantastic views of the valleys and the lake. But winter also offers activities. The Fischbach ski lift with floodlights on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday can be reached directly from the house. Children up to 8 years are free, children's lift is free for everyone. Feldberger ski area in approx. 15 km distance. Cross-country trails can be used directly from the house. The fun park in Schluchsee with many attractive tobogganing opportunities is 3 km away.

Another visit to the wonderful Ferienwohnung of the Mittelbachs. I was here over 10 years ago and it is still as fantastic now as was then. I brought two friends with me who were blown away by the apartment and friendliness of the Mittelbach family. If you are ever thinking of taking a holiday in the Black Forest, try this excellent place, nestled in the lovely little village of Fischbach this will give you an experience you will never forget. Einfach Klasse!!

This is a wonderful house. 8 of us including 4 children (7-13) have just spent a fantastic week in Fischbach. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The owners are very helpful and generous. The location is perfect, quiet and offers stunning views in all directions. Loved it, throughly recommend.
