The apartment "Small beach pearl" is on the ground floor of a three-story house and offers you a cozy and modern holiday accommodation for your time out by the sea.
Whether for two or for the family, these 35m2 are a real space miracle. The separate bedroom is perfect as a children's room, the second bed (a double bed) is harmoniously separated from the living room by a room divider. The small kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers. A beach chair directly on the beautiful south beach is available during your stay in our apartment for the beach chair season (01.05.-01.10.).

Nette kleine Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Yachthafen und zum Südstrand. Kein Balkon, aber das fehlte uns gar nicht. Optimal mit Kleinkind/ Kind. Hatten unseren Römerkindersitz fürs Rad dabei,passend auf die vorhandene Halterung.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin funktionierte sehr gut. Unsere Anliegen wurden schnell und freundlich umgesetzt. Einzig und allein hätte die Wohnung bei Übernahme noch etwas sauberer sein können. Manche Ecken haben nicht dieselbe Gründlichkeit erfahren, wie die offensichtlichen Stellen. Zum Beispiel hat unser 10 Monate alter Sohn noch TicTac‘s im Langflorteppich gefunden.
Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Im großen und ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden Gewesen mit der Ferienwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet man hat sich viel Mühe gegeben,
allerdings könnte man etwas besser sauber machen vor allem in den Ecken !
Wir haben da mal schnell selber den Sauger in die Hand genommen.
Die Teppichvorleger solltet man mal mal gegen kurz Teppichflor tauschen wegen der Hygiene,
auch den Toilettendeckel müsste mal neu ist nicht mehr so schön anzusehen wenn man ihn hochklappt.
Eine Info wäre schön gewesen das es zur Zeit kein Offen in der Wohnung gibt.
Der Strandkorb ist in einem guten zustand die Fahrräder haben wir Persönlich nicht genutzt.
Dennoch wohlen wir die Wohnung Empfehlen auf Grund der guten Lage und der reibungslosen Abwicklung.
Die Ferienwohnung bekommt von uns eine 3 Sterne Plus Bewertung.
