The friendly staff, the buffet, the room and the massage staff. It was a great place to stop and relax for a couple of days after a busy couple of weeks touring around.

Staff were fabulous and did their upmost to accommodate all requests - special shout-out to Vithu who helped organise dinners and bike rides.
Thin walls between the rooms and the gym needs updating - for example there is no treadmill and only limited weights

I had the most wonderful stay at the Argyle! Nadan, Vithu and the entire team provided a fantastic experience. From arranging a last minute visit to a tea estate, transport and also a relaxing massage at the hotel spa. The hotel is spotlessly clean with modern facilities and the rooms are large, comfortable and have an absolutely stunning view out over Hatton.
I can not recommend this property more highly and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay that was smooth from start to finish. Staff were friendly and efficient truly standing out compared to other hotels we have stayed.
A huge thank you to the management for surprising us with an upgrade from our Junior suite to their executive suite with half board. We appreciate this kind gesture.
Room was spotless, modern and had the most amazing panoramic views of the mountains.
Food was top notch.
Special kudos to the Front office Manager Janarthan, Assistant F & B Manager Imran Abbas, Sri Kanth in the restaurent and the staff member who guided us to the room ( sorry forgot his name)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish we stayed here for few more days. Will certainly come back.
