Great Room has fireplace, kitchen has breakfast bar & granite countertops, Dining Room, 1/2 bath & laundry. 2nd flr has 2 bedrooms, full bath, and a large bonus room. Hardwood floors throughout 1st flr & in upstairs bonus room. Fenced backyard has patio that connects to a detached 2 car garage. Free internet and T.V available. The location is great! Traffic can be difficult but you have to choose the time of day to go through town.
The house worked for me although it would be great to have additional kitchen items; non-stick pans, electric can opener-items that don't cost alot but makes for a better offering. The dining room chairs also need replacing as if you sit in the two cloth chairs, you sink almost through them!
Other than that, things were great! I enjoyed my time in NC!

The home had everything we needed for a family of four and the location is phenomenal. Eli was amazing and kept in touch even though the place was so great we didn’t need anything.

This house was perfect! Very spacious! We loved having the neighborhood pool. The owner was very prompt with communication. We had an issue with the smoke alarms and he came out within hours to fix it. The neighborhood is very nice, pretty, and safe. It was also only about 25-30 min from Charlotte.

The house was very big and extremely homey. We really enjoyed the neighborhood too. The people were friendly and the community pool was great. Home is close to everything - dining, shopping, etc. Owner is very responsive to all needs and request. We hated to leave! Would definitely recommend. You can’t go wrong with this property starting with the owner. Eli is always available and aims to please. The house is in a great neighborhood with sidewalks for walking a pet and quiet neighbors. The home itself is spacious, and flooded with natural light during the day. The fenced-in yard and access to the garage are added perks! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The house was very nice and we had an excellent stay for the entire month of April. The neighborhood was great and walking distance to one of the greenway trails. The Birkdale golf course was 2 miles away and we found several great 20-30 mile road bike rides right from the home. Our dog loved the small fenced in back yard and having access to the detached garage was very nice for parking the car and storing bikes and golf clubs. Eli was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a TV room upstairs. It locates in very good neighborhood and super convenient.
We had wonderful stay. We are supposed to checkout 10 am today. Since my kid was unexpectedly given later tee time, the owner/Eli allowed us to checkout at later time. Eli offered us true support. We greatly appreciate!

Wonderful visit!
My husband and I had a wonderful visit with our daughters during Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and perfect for our visit. I can't wait to come back again!

Great host, solid house
Eli was communicative and easy to work with. House was conveniently central, close to shopping, and clean. Upper floor has a bonus family room / TV room, which was nice to have in addition to the downstairs public spaces (kitchen, dining area, family room area).

Great host...Very nice house...
I have rented so many VRBO's around the world but Eli has been the best host ever... he is extremely nice and helpful. He is very responsive and willing to help with every issue. He even helped us arranging our food delivery before the Christmas day. The house is nicely located. Near to Charlotte and many other places. I strongly recommend this house for everyone.

Transition Stay
We needed a place to stay prior to closing on our new home. The rental was great. It was very clean and well appointed for all of our needs.
We had a small problem with the TV and the owner was very quick to respond to fix the issue. (Probably due to operator error...).
It was fun to explore Cornelius and the surrounding area from this rental. Very quiet neighborhood.

The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. I really like the property location! The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs too.
I had to work. There is a desk in the bonus room - and the WiFi was excellent!! Perfect for working at the house.
Eli was a perfect host. Every question was answered and quick responses.
We had a lot rain when I was there - so every time there was a pond on the patio area. It was a challenge to avoid the standing water from the garage to the back door. But other that - it was a great stay!

Warm inviting neighborhood
The house was nice, clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable and in good condition. There was a bunch of stuff in the garage so we could not get the whole boat trailer in but it worked out ok as far as keeping the boat out of the weather. The house has two large couches that unfortunately do not convert into a bed so guests had to sleep on the couch and there were no spare blankets. We would with out a doubt stay at this house again. The house was fully stocked with dishes,pots,pans and eating utensils. Very quiet subdivision.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!
The house was very clean and just as pictured. We stayed there with our friends and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. We accidentally left a few belongings behind and Eli was very prompt in letting us know and even mailed them to us. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Great stay!
We rented this property to visit some family for the Holidays. Eli was very responsive to questions both before and during the stay. The house was clean, spacious, and well furnished, and was as we expected from the pictures. We particularly enjoyed the fenced in backyard, which was great for letting our dog out. The kitchen included some pots, pans, and a coffee maker, which was great for cooking breakfast. The house had a great washer and dryer too!
The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, with plenty of on street parking. The house was in a great location, less than 10 minutes drive to grocery stores, target, restaurants, gas station, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this rental!

Beautiful home
Stayed here for 31 days and absolutely enjoyed it. There was a couple of small issues but when I contacted the owner about it he was very prompt to handle them. My job requires me to travel 80% of the time.
Me and my Co workers always stay in homes like this one and over the 15+ years of doing this I have never met an owner that was really dedicated to making sure you had what you needed and resolved issues fast.
The home is beautiful. The owner was amazing to work with. I would recommend this home to everyone who enjoys good quality.
It is convenient to everything you need.

Nice house and neighborhood
Everything was good, the house is big and was very clean. The only reason I give 4 stars is because it was lacking some basic furniture and kitchenware. Otherwise, everything was great.
