Nestled in Village Four Seasons, this charming condo for $215 per night is a great option for your next trip. Each room has two double beds and plenty of space for your clothes and personal property. The living room has 2 sofa sleepers with a huge 65" TV for viewing your smart programming. There is a smart T.V. with streaming capabilities in each bedroom, as well as the all seasons room/sun porch. Make your meals in the spacious kitchen equipped with everything you should need to prepare that perfect meal. If you are wanting to relax, you can walk over to one of the restaurants on site (Royal Catch Bar & Grill, Foxxy Roxy Sports Bar or 1899 Bourbon Bar) at the resort. There are also 6 pools on the property with1 being steps from the front door of the condo. The resort has the lake's largest pool bar within easy walking distance from the condo (1.5 blocks). Close to popular nightclubs and the famous Bagnall Dam "strip". As well as, Horny Toads, Shady Gators and Dock Knockers. Book now... More room then 3 hotel rooms! There is also a resort across the parking lot for additional rooms and parking with the largest pool bar (HIPPOPATAMUS) at the lake, hosting concerts. Check in 4pm, Check out 10am. Please clean up after yourselves, the cleaning fee is applied to the linens, not general cleanup. There will be a fee assessed if you leave it a mess. Please text a pic of your Drivers License to Shelly at 573-219-1559. You will receive your door code for entry via text the day of your arrival.

We had a great stay with no issues. Loved each bedroom having two beds and lots of space. Very nice outdoor space with lake views. There was even some toys for my granddaughter to place with. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

By far the best host I have ever encountered!! Shelly went above & beyond to make my short notice weekend get away work. The place was very cute, clean & comfortable. I loved sitting on the screened in back porch & watching the boats & the deer roam the back yard. The ONLY thing missing in the kitchen was a pizza cutter, but everything else was more than anyone would need. I will definetly be back, that is how welcoming & friendy Shelly was!!

We enjoyed our vacation here so much! Such a cute condo, We all had our own space & then some. Owners are super friendly & responsive! We a tiny issue late on the first night that was addressed & taken care of immediately! Neighbors were super friendly & the owners provided many things for us to use! Highly recommended.

Fantastic place, location, and very clean. Extremely happy with our stay only down fall were the upstairs neighbors stomping and being loud but that's expected. 100% recommend staying here. Saw so many deer!

This place was decorated beautifully, close to stores, wonderful clean pools, and the best host. We had our kids with us and there were toys at the property for them to play with and never get bored. Shelly the host was wonderful to communicate with and was so quick and kind with responses. Will definitely book again!

This is the second year we have stayed here. The deer cross the back lawn every night ! Golf courses all around here. Close to the dam and lots to do !!

Really nice condo with a great location near the lake and swimming pool. The property manager did a good job communicating with me before and upon arrival. If you are looking for a nice, clean lake condo this was a good one.

The condo was very nice. It was spacious and all of my people were satisfied. We did have a miscommunication (I’d assume through the app) of when check-in time was. I ended up seeing 3 different times. But outside of that, everything was great. We had access to everything we needed, plus some more. I’d stay again!

We were all very pleased with this condo! The pictures do not do it justice. The decor is super cute and the beds were comfy. There also is a decent view of the lake out back! The location is also a huge perk! The communication with Shelly the owner was great. We would stay here again!

The unit has everything one could want. Very nicely decorated and well kept unit. We played cornhole, grandson age 5 loved the sidewalk chalk, whiteboard, markers and computer paper; but mostly the pool right beside us. Another favorite were all the deer. Very relaxing vacation and met some really friendly people from the area.

This space was great for a weekend getaway for our bachelorette party. The bedrooms are a great size and easily accommodated 8 girls ! The pool is steps away from the room and the view from the screened in porch is beautiful. The property was quiet and it was easily accessible to attractions in the ozarks. The owners were so great in communicating and accommodated us when we arrived at the wrong time and told us about what to expect in the area and in the complex. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Having a code to the door instead of a key was so convenient. Tim was able to book a party bus for a pretty last minute and was always a text or call away. He was awesome and I will definitely recommend his condo to family & friends.

Overall it was a great experience! The home was nice, the pool was so close, and Tim was easy to talk to and help if needed. I wish it would have been cleaned a little better before arrival, but nothing we couldn’t take care of before unpacking. Loved staying here for a Bach party.

This condo was set up perfectly for a bachelorette party; from the furniture & decor to the bedroom set-up. There is plenty of decor & props for photo-ops for you in the condo. The views outside of the lake are gorgeous. Wildlife are plentiful. We enjoyed them from the back enclosed patio while having our morning coffee. He even added touches like body length mirrors to help get your group ready for whatever the day brings you. We arrived on Thursday and left on a Sunday. From the minute we arrived; we had a blast. The condo pool being steps away was amazing. We met so many friendly people on our first night at the condo pool that welcomed and celebrated the Bride with us; it was a blast. Friendly, welcoming residents are always a plus while you’re renting a place. The swim up bar is literally within walking distance. We spent so much time there due to it being conveniently located. Also, the condo is located only a few miles away from Nightlife; if you so desire. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils for meals, if you choose to go that route instead of eating out. The bedrooms have plenty of room for your luggage and multiple people per room. Don’t forget your beach towels as you’ll likely end up in a pool or two. We’d definitely stay again and we’re looking forward to our next trip! Thanks for accepting bachelorette groups and for being a great host Tim!

Amazing rental! Lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Location is perfect! Not far from the strip by the dam and popular pool bars and restaurants. Great communication with the property owner for any problems or questions. Would book this again.

We had a wonderful experience at the condo. Access to pool right next door, comfort inside the condo, beautiful screened in patio with lake view and the hotel grounds has plenty to do if you enjoy multiple pools, live music, etc.
