Location..
Would suggest steps or handrail or both to the lower unit, Octopus Den. It is a very comfortable place but a little dangerous for elderly folks to access, especially with belongings.

The bed was very comfy. The view and hot tub were outstanding. The neighborhood is tranquil. There are lots of interesting things to do nearby and good restaurants. We will come and stay here again.
Upstairs unit renters were noisy.

Overall decent place to stay, mostly clean. They provided a lot of amenities including books and board games.
Parking was difficult and cramped. Listing doesn’t state clearly that the room is at the bottom. They advertise it as a room suitable for 3 guests but the sofa was not very comfortable to sleep on. Throw blankets on the couch had not been properly cleaned, there were stray hairs including some on the towels in the bathroom. The place is overall much older looking than the pictures.
